Good Lord. If your going to advertise something at a certain price, either let the buyer know it was a mistake and NOT fill the order or FILL the order and own the mistake. DO NOT fill a partial order and tell the buyer that you WILL NOT fill the remaining order. BAD for business. I guess that is why Circuit City is no longer in business in a brick and mortar store

I had to inquire by phone and was told that another package had already been mailed. Took an extra week but did show up as promised. Cost twice postage for CC, but apparently they didn't have all 6 batteries available. Good job overall.6batteries

Each time they say that they cannot do anything or that it will be taken care of. This seller is unwilling or unable to make it right. I was told that I would be issued a refund, but they have charged my card a second time instead. I will avoid this seller for all future purchases!JustMe321

The delivery service that they used informed me that they had had the shelves for a while, but had no phone number to call to insure someone was home for the delivery. Both Walmart and Paypal had phone numbers for me. Shelves are great!Sairie757

The price was about $17 cheaper than the same planner refill that I had purchased the same week at a brick-and-mortar big box office supply store. I returned the more expensive item after finding this less expensive one online. My order arrived several days ahead of its stated delivery time and in perfect condition. I can't ask for more. Online purchase took 10 days process before it even shipped, email confirmation had an invalid tracking number, date it was scheduled to be delivered it wasn't. Circuit City couldn't tell me where item was, would trace - then I receive email that "Customer changed mind" refund issued with no communication still not seeing credit on card.DarleneMammoser

They wouldn't exchange it for me and was told to call the manufacturer of the product for an exchange. Very poor customer service... I have emailed, called, called again, called again... nobody even responds to my concern. I am completely at a loss.
