Good Lord. If your going to advertise something at a certain price, either let the buyer know it was a mistake and NOT fill the order or FILL the order and own the mistake. DO NOT fill a partial order and tell the buyer that you WILL NOT fill the remaining order. BAD for business. I guess that is why Circuit City is no longer in business in a brick and mortar store

I called to complain but they would not fulfill the order at the advertised price. Instead they sent me a shipping label, and now I have to go out of my way to package and ship this product back to them. MAJOR inconvenience, and I still don't have my plates or reimbursement.ShoppingMom88

They are more like tights and don't look like the leggings in the picture. Also run just a bit small in sizes. I bought an L/XL for my daughter and my 7 year old can wear them as pants.Princess27
- 1 out of 5 stars review02/13/2015They shipped a porcelain casserole with little to no padding. It was shattered. I contacted them and it was going to take 4-6 weeks for a refund. Wal Mart refunded it for me instead. I would never have ordered it if I had realized it wasn't Wal Mart. I went to walmart.com for a reason. I will never order anything from them again. i can't believe Wal mart subjects their customers to these vendors.NeverAgain37643

I would go and check and they told me it wasn't there, but it was until one time when I went they told me that the package was sitting there for a few days already, by the way it has happen before, when the item is Oder from different vendor, other than walmart.Adan

Retailer responded promptly, and offered to price-match with the lower price on Walmart.com and refund with store credit. I haven't received it yet, and I would have rather received the refund to my original form of payment. Why would I shop again with a retailer who sent me the wrong items?joleopard

Called, got a reorder, 1 came again, called 3x and was told finally that ad was wrong--it's quan 1, not 12 even though in 3 places on the ad it stated 12 per carton. I told them they should honor their ad, but they won't. Terrible business practice!!!unhappywithcc
- 1 out of 5 stars review01/21/2015Realized It’s overpriced 2 hrs after ordering. When I contact via email&phone, they said hipped. Each rep gave me a fake tracking number. When received real tracking number, it showed the item was shipped 2 days after order placed. I would rate 4 or 5 start if it isn't over-priced AND if the reps are honest. This is the first time I purchase from Circuit City and TigerDirect, also the last time.EriDG
