Wrong model was shipped and the 3rd party vendor would not send the correct model. Only option was to be inconvenienced by shipping it back for a refund. Will not reorder online as it has been a very bad experience and might happen again. Very displeased and disappointed. Rating would be zero stars if allowed.

- 5 out of 5 stars review08/01/2016I could not believe how rapidly the item arrived: Basically 38 hours from time order was placed. The unit was well-packaged and the only way one could tell it was not brand new is the instruction sheet had been opened. I am so glad CPO is connected to the Walmart supplier list.James

Unfortunately, we had ordered through a seller on Walmart Marketplace, CPO Outlets, who replied back to our request for a refund that a gassed and oiled product could not be returned for exchange, credit or refund. We have had to go through Troy Bilt directly, with many phone calls and trips to authorized service centers. Troy Bilt has said that they will issue a refund since we have jumped through all the hoops. When ordering a product like this, we've learned a valuable lesson that it would have been better to pay a little more and purchase directly from a local store where it's easier to do an exchange or refund. - 1 out of 5 stars review03/21/2024I purchased a troybilt gas string trimmer for my husband at Christmas time of course he didn't open it until grass cutting season this year March. The equipment does not work. They emailed me saying basically there's nothing they can do for me all the while the troybilt warranty company is giving me a run around as well. I will never purchase from this company again. I guess I'm just stuck with something that doesn't work. It's not fair. I work to hard for a little bit of money that I fo make just to give it away to a company that has a lot more money than me.Victoria
- 1 out of 5 stars review03/18/2024don't expect to be delivered on time. they bait You by saying two day delivery and then the next day say it's going to be over a week. they scan the item for delivery so you can't cancel the order. all they're doing is trying to save money never could deliver it for two days they're just trying to scam you. I bet they're never delivered on time. they want to pay the slower shipping make more profit.William
