I have been trying to return this since, I got it. I have emailed them 3 times and get the automatic, generic response....."We will get back to you." This is over the last 4 weeks! I even informed them that I was going to inform Walmart of their poor customer service.

About Seller
We started out as a tool store in 1978 and quickly gained national exposure within our first five years of operation. In the '80s Tool King was named an Inc. 500 Company for three successive years, and we then continued our physical expansion into the '90s.
In 2001 we took our business online and haven't looked back.
Like many online companies we started selling on marketplaces - eBay to be precise - before we even had a website. In 2004, we launched our own e-commerce site and later that year we were recognized as an Internet Retailer Best of the Web Top 50 Retailing Site. Since then we've remained on the Internet Retailer Top 500 list every single year.
The following year we were named the Top 28th fastest growing e-commerce company by Internet Retailer and two years later Home Channel News presented us with the Golden Hammer award for Specialty Retailer of the Year.
In 2009 we built a new website and continued to focus on increasing market share by offering more products, gaining more visitors and growing our business on marketplace channels. By now we'd long consolidated all of our stores into one superstore and warehouse center.
Early in 2013, the exclusive Walmart.com marketplace chose us as one of their select partners. A few months later we finished building the JUMBO Platform, an e-commerce sales solution for manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. And by the end of the year we'd already gained half a million drop ship SKUs.
By 2014 we decided we needed a new name - a label that better reflects how our business has evolved. Tool King now lives on as a subsidiary of Tonzof.
