DON'T KNOW HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID WHEN I CALLED WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY!!! THAT WAS MONDAY!!!! KNOW IT WAS HOLIDAY!!! BUT THAT WAS 3 DAYS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE!!!!!

Really like the items sold through BIC on Walmart's site. The product itself is excellent in quality and price.. and the lack of additional tax or shipping fee just adds to the pleasure! Only rated at good not excellent due to the fact it appeared to sit a few days after order and before shipping. But YES.. I'd purchase from BIC again!

This seller appears to be good.  My only issue is, on line it says that items will be shipped in two days after order is received.  My item was shipped almost a week later.  When I contacted this seller, they said the two day mention on the website was a Walmart saying, not theirs.  If this is the true case, then Walmart needs to reflect what the seller says and not what they think.

Yes will purchase again, as long as I own a waterbed since this product is not found in stores for purchase and other sites the shipping cost was more than the price for the product.  Free Shipping is Awesome!!!

I've received good service from the Bic Warehouse on several occasions.    Their products are delivered in properly packaged shipping material and deliveries have been timely.

This item came very carefully packed and arrived sooner than expected delivery schedule.
