Labelsoft sent me a Burts Bees lip balm that is 7 YEARS OLD - it’s so far past the expiration that it turned dark chocolate color and has a funky smell! Absolutely disgusting. Walmart really should take action against garbage sellers such as Labelsoft who are shipping customers expired and potentially unsafe products…

    When I receive my package, there had been slip marks looks like from a razor blade at the bottom of my bottle. Therefore, it was a mess when I opened up my package. It was saturated and shampoo. I am not a happy customer.

    Item needs to be returned Packaging looked worn. When I opened the container which was not properly sealed, I counted the capsules, and one is missing.

    Seller sent me an opened lip product that looked used. It also had a sticker on it saying to call CVS asset protection if bought anywhere other than CVS. This seller should be removed from Walmart.

    I can't use any other version other than the hyaluronic acid version, which this clearly shows on the Pic (on the lid) hyaluronic acid. Unfortunately that is NOT what I received and no, this version is not the same as the Hyaluronic acid version, it makes my skin extra oily and makes me break out.

    Seller sent me a used or at least previously opened concealer. The safety seal was broken and there was concealer already on the tube.

    Intentionally shipped me a used cosmetic. I was ignored when I reached out with the issue. Seller should be removed, because they're giving Walmart a VERY bad reputation.

    Every thing that you sent, I will be returning back to Walmart very disappointed everything was leaking. One tube was used a wrote in the review so people will understand that they shouldn’t be ordering stuff like this and you putting it in a bag
