Zebra pens have always been consistent in quality, customer care, speedy delivery and careful packing for shipping. This is a brand I will continue using and always suggest to friends and family who like a quality pen.

Shipping was quick but negligent if you are purchasing something breakable beware they shipped a ceramic mug in a plastic bag with a layer of thin bubble wrap.

    I’d never shop from here again. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for it. It’s become so late I need to get something else as a gift now because the party is next week and I highly doubt it will arrive before the time for a refund elapses. Don’t ever shop from here. I looked at reviews and I wish I had before I bought anything!

    They list products that are not available, and send something elese without even notifying you. I ordered a 2 pack body wash and got only one delivered, when I contacted them they said the pack of 2 wasn't available and instead of sending a 2nd one for THEIR MISTAKE they asked me to send it back or get a refund.
