So glad for the big numbers. This really helped. my elderly friend see the time at night. She was complaining that she could not read the numbers on her clock at night without her glasses on. She can NOW!

The next day, I got an email from LaCross saying my refund mode was "INSTANT" That simply is not true. I have not received a credit of $14.99 on my credit card. If I have, I haven't been notified about it.Shirl
