Flonase helps keep your nasal area moist. I used to get nose bleeds in the winter with the heat on. I have had fewer sinus infections since I started using Flonase.

I like that Diago on the phone at Customer Service helped me return this item. I dislike that I am not receiving the Preservision I ordered.
