I canceled this item the same day the order was made because I found it $7.00 cheaper at another store. It showed canceled, then I got notice that it was shipped. It would not allow me to cancel again while it was in the packing process, and here I am with it being delivered a week later. I contacted customer Walmart customer service about the refund, by way of "chat", and the csrep actually ended the chat before I was done asking a question. Just unsatisfied with the service of the seller, and the service rep. Ulysses.

- 3 out of 5 stars review11/26/2023Michaels' was always my go-to for gem stones. Now there are a lot of reviews stating that the gemstones they have are not real. Also there was no packaging on my bead order at all. They just put the bead strand in the thin plastic shipping bag %26 put it in the mail. I'm glad it was local to me. The package did arrive on time. I hope their quality goes back up soon. I am only ordering glass beads for now.Suzanne

- 5 out of 5 stars review11/01/2023This is a heavier weight so it is also nice for tying gifts together. For instance, if two gifts go together...like a baseball mitt and a baseball. I like to have a lot of gifts under the tree, so use separate boxes for everything. Beautifully decorated boxes, tied together all look great whether around a tree, or on a coffeetable just waiting to be opened!mamaslus
