The customer service woman was very helpful and immediately place an order for replacement parts...until I stopped her in order to try switching a part. I had something backwards, so we cancelled the order and I finished the chair.Carol

The small screw bolt holes did not line up. It was very well packaged and there were no scratches on the top of the table.Anna
