Book arrived safely. It’s surprising how many other businesses mail books and other collectibles with only a prayer to keep them from getting damaged. Nothing frustrates me more than getting a damaged cover when it is easily preventable. I feel it could have been a little more secure but it worked out so maybe I’m just paranoid. 😁

Original order was August 17th, updated tracking stated item shipped August 21st. Label was printed and payment was charged. Delivery date was posted as August 29th. Tracking never updated after item was "shipped", delivery company never received item. Waited till today Aug 31st to send a message to request tracking updates. Received a refund message in return. Refund is dated to original order date . Two weeks after ordering, two days late for delivery, and after a message I initiated to inquire about my item I just received a refund message, not a professional way to conduct a business. Will not be purchasing anything from this company, Ebooksweb, again.

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/12/2023Seller printed shipping label and then package was never actually given to USPS. After reading other feedback this seems to be a trend with this seller. Requested information once from seller and was assured my book had been mailed - and asked me to give it more time. Waited before again requesting refund on Dec 8th after seeing that the tracking number on my order from Nov 27th was still showing as an invalid number since it had never been shipped. This was the one and only time I have ordered from an individual seller on Walmart Marketplace and this experience confirmed my hesitation in doing so. In the future I will not be ordering any item that is not fulfilled directly by Walmart.Andrea
