- 1 out of 5 stars review12/15/2023Do not buy from this shipper! They will take your money and send you the incorrect item without replacement or refund! I ordered a 150 oz bottle of detergent received an 115oz bottle. It’s been over a week and I’m still struggling to get what I ordered. I’m not even interested in a refund I just want what I paid for. Nobody who’s simply trying to prepare for a newborn should have to go through this. This is false advertising and the shipper should not be allowed to sell with Walmart anymore due scamming loyal customers! I wonder how many people they actually scammed because they didn’t pay attention to the quantity of the item they ordered.Aaliyah

Tried to contact seller multiple times and eventually had to go to Walmart Customer Service to get a refund. After the refund the seller finally replied saying our product was delivered but all I ever got was that thank you note and no product!R
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/01/2023Perhaps it were because I were in a hurry that I misread 16 oz as 16 pounds—but this cat food were on “sale” for $11 and some change. $10-$15 is the typical price for a 16 pound bag of this brand. Thinking I were getting 16 pounds for $11, on sale due to Black Friday/cyber Monday, I ordered 2. The expected wait time was about 3 weeks, but a delivery was made in roughly 5 days, or so—which surprised me. When I saw the carrier bringing a tiny box onto the porch, my heart sank. Low and behold, I paid over $20 for ONE small sack of 3.15 pounds—and that size tends to regularly sell around $5-$6, IE less than $11-$15. I get it, though, that someone could argue “16.2 ounces x 2 is less than 3.15 pounds, so you got a deal!” I would have, had I no...Mel
