LIKE I SAID, THE PRODUCT, ALTHOUGH RECONDITIONED, ARRIVED BROKEN, THE HANDLE WAS CRACKED AND WE HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HANDLE FROM ANOTHER MACHINE, WHICH WE DID. THE MACHINE IS WORKING WELL AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE. THE BOX THAT THE MACHINE ARRIVED IN WAS IN BAD SHAPE AND IT LOOKED LIKE THE BOX WAS NOT WELL PACKAGED TO BEGIN WITH.

I ordered off of Walmart's site, I should be able to return it to Walmart. I have to pay returning shipping, Walmart should accept the item and return it to the third party vendor since it was ordered from their site. I WILL NOT order from Walmart.com again.Hello
- 5 out of 5 stars review01/06/2017VMInnovations is awesome! When I ordered this vacuum the delivery date was 1-2 weeks after Christmas (to be expected given the holidays). Instead, It arrived in 3 days, very impressive! The vacuum was packaged securely to protect the contents and the vacuum was in perfect condition. I will order from them whenever I can. - 1 out of 5 stars review12/27/2016Ordered different items from Wal-Mart.com to make sure I would receive before the holidays and expected to return some to Wal-Mart store and to my surprise I have to return this item to another company selling through Wal-Mart. I should have paid attention to the fine print. Never dreamed Wal-Mart was doing this. Learned the hard way as it is costing me $40 to return an item. Not happy.Payattention

Then on 12/9 the tracker said a label was created and awaiting pick up in Nevada. I still haven't received my product. It's just sitting in NV with a shipping label that says it's been there since 11/26. I can't seem to reach any one when I try to call to find out what's going on with it.Kate

All they said because I could not return it to Wal Mart was to cut out the warning label and mail it back to them before I could get a Wal Mart refund. You would think they would kindly replace it?
