I chose a Dopp leather organizer bag. Being a review reader I was a bit concerned with some of the delivery/customer service comments but I am glad to say I am a very happy customer. The item was well packed, price was fair, shipping modest, and delivery speed exceptional. I will consider eBags again.

Horrible cust serv. Not sure if my 2 phone calls to cust serv (only to repeatedly be told my Order did not exist) and two emails complaining about the lack of information (neither of which were ever responded to) resulted in them 'finding' my order by amazingly it was shipped the day after my second call and email.

    Shipping was in my opinion a bit slow and packaging was in my opinion lacked durability. However, the merchandise appears superb. I haven't used my purse very much yet, am not sure how it will hold up. But from all accounts it appears it will wear well.

    Never bought anything like this. When I first opened the box, I thought "oh no a problem" It seemed to be to small or thin to do any good. When I gave it to the young lady it was purchased for, she was delighted. She said it is exactly like it's supposed to be. So, I have to give this dealer two thumbs up. Thanks for the good service. It came much faster than expected.

    The product arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The bags are supposed to save space in the suitcase.. I ended up packing everything with them ... But I might not be setting it up correctly... they are good if you know what you are doing .. :)

    I was looking for an RFID-repellent wallet and had seen them elsewhere at twice (or more) the price. I received this wallet sooner than the estimated delivery date, which is normal for eBags; it was as described on the website. For the price, it's a great wallet. I have purchased a number of items from eBags before and have never been disappointed, so I would absolutely purchase from them again.

    The only thing that kept me from giving eBags 5 stars was, their website incorrectly stated that the neoprene netbook sleeve I purchased would not fit my netbook. It fits perfectly. Other than this issue, eBags is a good retailer. I have purchased from them several times before without difficulty. I had to return an item once, and eBags handled it without any problem whatsoever.

    Excellent store eBags.. ordered one day, confirmations and shipping followed shortly thereafter. Delivery was safe and discrete for a gift item. Cant ask for anything more, flawless.
