The speaker dock I ordered that works with iPhones and iPods DOES NOT work with iPhones 5 & 6 !So when I finally got hold of this company had to email them I was told in email that I had to pay the cost of sending them back and no I would not be reimbursed for the cost also I had to insure it and send them the tracking number!
