the product is good but the shipping leaves alot to be desired!! I have ordered twice now, and the items were packaged so poorly that some were not usable. I was hoping to supply my in-laws with this, but will choose something else as it is not worth the hassle of damaged goods. There was no packing or taping the cartons in one box, and they split open and the next time I ordered (because I thought just maybe the first time was an oversite) it was worse - there was some Wisk detergent that was available for home delivery, so I ordered it and it spilled onto everything because the top was not secured. Done with this ---and guess probably with much shopping at Walmart as the traffic getting to the nearest one has become ridiculous!

I read the reviews stating that the drinks were now nasty due to a "new and improved". I order 6 of these, it was so nasty I had to force myself to finish drinking the one I opened and quickly returned the rest to Walmart to get my money back. Save your money, these are disgusting. The consistency of this drink is......ugggghh not tasty at all.

They changed the formula with the packaging to this new kind and he can't stand it. Haven't bought any since. Friends say the same thing. Tried all the other products and this was the only one & only flavor that all the kids liked. It was a great way to always have a nutritional meal available where ever we were and it was easy for him to just grab one and go and to have one for school as back-up. Only way to get enough calories into an active boy. Sad they had to go and "improve" it.

- 4 out of 5 stars review12/1/2013From the package this seems to be made by ensure so it is probably the same actual drink. ensure only comes in plastic bottles, cartons are cheaper the straw is individually wrapped it has a hard plastic end that pokes thru the seal it is too short by about 2" it will disappear into the package or alternately wont get the bottom two inches of the drink it's a bendable straw, it could be packaged in a J or U and stuck on the side without a problem the package without the unusable straw is a bit hard to open and pour... sorry I put the review in the chocolate but the package is the same (I don't like chocolate)
