Nothing but issues

I order this TV with the matching side stands. This was all one order...I went to go pick it up and the wrong TV stand was shipped. So I had to get a refund for the item and start the purchasing process all over again. I then get the correct TV stand and it BROKEN!! SERIOUS? and one of the side stands were broken too. I have had 3 issues with this one order. I know its not Walmart's fault, the manufacterer is terrible!!

    Great piece of furniture

    Great piece of furniture, happy to have purchased it. It goes perfectly with the Audio towers that complete this set and we couldn't be happier with the result. It looks like a one thousand dollar piece of furniture from Pottery Barn. You won't be disappointed and the price is outstanding for what you get.

    A simple TV stand

    I had no trouble putting it together by myself. It is a simple stand but elegant enough to enhance your room. My only caveat is that the L-Brackets used to keep the sliding doors square have screws with rounded heads so consequently it etches a line across the front of the sliding door.

    nice product but arrived damaged twice

    Good looking products ,the tv stand plus 2 two tier audio pier ....Tv stand and one audio pier arrived Ok but the other audio pier arrved with 8 pieces damaged the next day...returned received new in about 4 days but this one also 2 pieces damaged contacted cutomer service and 2 damaged pieces on the way ... A hassle but will be satisfied with the look of the 3 units once the last unit assembled.

    Great product for the price

    Overall I'm very pleased. Assembly was fairly quick and the unit looks nice assembled. You can't expect perfection with furniture this cheap, and mine did come with three small scratches on one of the sliding doors. A little bit of black paint to touch it up and now you'd only notice it if it was pointed out to you. The plastic tracks that the doors slide along come pre-attached, and because of this mine were a little bent at the ends. Even so the doors slide just fine so it's not really an issue. I keep wanting to open the doors like a cabinet door, forgetting that they slide. It takes a little getting use to. Each side of the unit has only one shelf with several height settings.     Good for the price

    Overall I'm pleaseed with this TV stand. It was fairly easy to put together and looks very nice. There were some issues with it however. Upon taking it out of the box, a couple of pieces were breaking (they weren't totally broke, but they were damaged). I could have taken it back to the store, but I didn't feel it was worth the hastle. I used wood glue and it fixed it really well. A MAJOR design flaw however is the guides for the sliding doors are really cheap plastic. Taking it out of the box, both of those parts were busted off - either the screws holding it pulled out of the wood, or the plastic broke around the screw. So I figured out where they went and screwed them back into place (in a different spot) and it now works fine. I think t...

    I didn't know that the wood was so soft , it was shedding as I inserted screws, If I had not discarded box I would surely return the merchandise. I am so disappointed that I wasted my $$$$.

    The first time I ordered this it came broken then I returned it and ordered another the second one was broke as well. The people at walmart helped me the second time. They are ordering the part that was broke. We will see if it comes in one piece

    Product arrived at store for pick up, we got the entertainment center home and ready to assemble and the last piece of the entertainment center my husband pulled out was split into two pieces. Had to return. Very disappointing. Better measures in shipping to store ought to be in place, especially for items such as this. This is an area to improve.

    My husband and I just got the tv stand today. We love it. The wood is of very good quality and it is very sturdy. The instructions say that it only takes 30 minutes to put together, but it takes a while to do it.

    Broken on Delivery TWICE, DO NOT purchase!

    I ordered this tv stand and in the middle of shipping it was broken and sent back. I got another one finally delivered to me (only took about 20 days) with a beaten up box and of course it was broken. If it breaks that easily in shipping the stand must be of an extremely poor quality.

    Would not recommend!!!

    I bought this set and had to return one of the audio piers because one of the boards were cracked. I ordered a replacement pier to replace the broken one and received yet another broken one. Now it says that they are no longer able to be ordered!?!? It would be a nice piece if we would ever get the complete set. Certainly would not recommend getting the tiers on the side.
