I used to be a Clinique girl, but tried Neutrogena when I just didn't have time to get to the mall. My skin stays nicer, and there's no cost comparison. BUT I tried the Naturals because my skin is sensitive -- I picked up the Naturals cleanser because I could see it had no dyes, and my fault for not reading the label clearly. But why would you go to the trouble of making a product with no dyes, and then put an overpowering sickly-sweet fragrance in it? Newsflash, folks -- if we're sensitive to dyes, we're probably sensitive to fragrance, too (and this one just smells bad, anyway). I can't use it at all on my face -- the fragrance overpowers my perfume, and be...

I stopped using pretty harsh benzoyl peroxide products about two years ago and looked for something that would be kinder to my skin. I love the fact that this removes every drop of make-up, even water-proof mascara, has a nice scent and is gentle to my sensitive skin. I've been really happy with this product and will continue to use it.

My chin is my problem area for breakouts. I have not experienced redness from any of these products, more breakouts than usual, or tingling/burning.

In the past I have been a fan of makeup remover wipes but this cleanser has been much better for my sensitive skin. It doesn't leave my skin burning like the wipes I've used in the past. I would highly recommend this product! However, I noticed in other reviews there's been a problem with the pump. The pump is also broken on mine but I have made it work! The product is definitely worth the extra work but may want to work on the packaging in the future

I start with a wash cloth dampened with warm water. I'll add a pump or two of the cleanser to the cloth and gently rub the soapy cloth on my face and on my closed eyelids. Next, I'll rinse the cloth out a couple times and rub my face a little more. Then, I'll splash my face with warm water to rinse the remaining lather away. It removes all of my makeup, including my waterproof mascara and eyeliner, with no problem. I recommended this to a friend and she is now in love with it too. I use a regular facial moisturizer immediately after drying my face with a dry towel. I'm left with a feeling of light, refreshing nakedness on my face!

I can just take all my makeup off and cleanse all at once with this, rather than scrubbing my eyes with eye makeup remover first. It also smells really nice and doesn't irritate my skin. I've tried so many acne cleansers to try to help with my breakouts, and those types of products actually made me break out even more. I found that my skin responds much better to more gentle, natural cleansers and this fits the bill. The cloud's silver lining (of sorts) is that it provides a good example to share of how product factors outside of the product itself can detract from the brand. Please address the issue with the pump.

BIG MISTAKE!!! I now have tons of little bumps similar to an allergic reaction on my neck and face. Upon research, coconut (one of the main ingredients) is a common pore blocker which may not be good for combo skin. Some people have had great results but be careful.

In true Neutrogena fashion, it is gentle and does not strip my skin. It also does a great job of removing makeup. So often facial cleansers claim they remove make up, but once you use your toner you realize they do not. This product does what is says it will and does not dry out or otherwise irritate your skin.

I feel like my face wasn't clean after using it & my face was tight. I wanted to rinse my face again with just water to clean it. Then l use the moisturizer which only made my face shiny & breakout. It feels like I was putting petroleum jelly on my face. I love that it is paraban free but I do not recommend it for those with sensitive skin.

I have no trace of makeup left - and I use a 16-hour budge-proof foundation, and my skin is still left soft and clean. Really just a fantastic product. If you used the old Neutrogena makeup remover + face cleanser in the blue bottle with white lettering, make the switch! I also think the smell is great.

I'm over 40 and have to contend with lots of aging-related issues AND I have acne. This wash doesn't over-dry my skin or leave it greasy. It also does a great job of removing make-up. It's getting hard to find. Please don't discontinue it!

When I stopped using it, in a week my skin was back to its clear self. Then I used it as a hand wash. The film left by the soap makes my hands wonderfully soft. I am very fair and am known for my clear skin, so the breakouts were a surprise.

Secondly, put how to use directions somewhere on it!!!! I searched high and low before I found how to correctly use this product. Package does not have these instructions.

This is the first cleanser I've used that has helped moisturize without leaving my skin oily. It also has helped reduce redness and even out my skin tone. I've been using it for over a month and my skin just continues to look great. Gentle, but effective. Awesome product!
