Walmart+ Membership Terms of Use

These terms of use are applicable to the Walmart+ Membership program, and are subject to the Walmart.com Terms of Use found here. To become a member, you must accept the Walmart.com Terms of Use, including the mandatory arbitration provision set forth in section 20 of the Walmart.com Terms of Use, as well as these Walmart+ Terms of Use.

Walmart+ offers a suite of core benefits (as described in Section II below, the “Walmart+ Core Benefits”), which, after any free trial period, can be made available to you through a monthly or annual subscription plan. In addition, from time-to-time, Walmart may also make available to you additional, fee-based benefits (as described in Section III below, the “Plus Up Benefits”), which you can also purchase in order to supplement your Walmart+ Core Benefits. These Plus Up Benefits may be offered to you through a monthly or annual subscription plan, and may be offered individually, or as a package, as determined by Walmart, in its sole discretion. The Walmart+ Core Benefits and the Plus Up Benefits may sometimes be referred to herein collectively as the “Walmart+ Benefits”.

1. Membership

1.1 You may cancel your Walmart+ Membership or any Plus Up Benefit by calling Walmart Customer Care at (800) 924-9206, or through your Walmart Account: Account > Walmart+, then select the gear icon️. In order to downgrade/cancel your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan, you can do so through your Walmart Account: Account > Walmart+, then select Paramount+ with SHOWTIME/Manage Plan. There are no refunds for Walmart+ Membership, any Plus Up Benefit, or any Paramount+ with SHOWTIME fees paid, except as expressly provided in these Terms. If you cancel your Walmart+ Membership, any Plus Up Benefit, or your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan, you can continue to use your Walmart+ Membership, any such Plus Up Benefit, or your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan until the end of your relevant term.

1.2 Free Trial Offers: You may cancel your Walmart+ Membership or any Plus Up Benefit at any time during your free trial. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be able to use your Walmart+ Membership or any Plus Up Benefit, and will lose the benefits of the free trial immediately.

1.3 Auto – Renewal. YOU MAY SELECT EITHER A ONE-MONTH OR A ONE-YEAR TERM FOR THE BASE WALMART+ MEMBERSHIP, AND A ONE-MONTH OR ONE-YEAR TERM FOR ANY PLUS UP BENEFIT OR PARAMOUNT+ WITH SHOWTIME PLAN (“TERM”). FOLLOWING ANY FREE TRIAL PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE INITIAL TERM. FOLLOWING THE INITIAL TERM, YOUR WALMART+ SUBSCRIPTION, PLUS UP BENEFIT, OR PARAMOUNT+ WITH SHOWTIME PLAN WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND WE WILL CHARGE ANY CREDIT, DEBIT CARD, OR OTHER PAYMENT TYPE (WHICH WALMART MAY ACCEPT FROM TIME-TO-TIME) WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU (COLLECTIVELY A “PAYMENT METHOD”) FOR AN ADDITIONAL TERM AT THE FEE(S) THEN IN EFFECT PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES. THEREAFTER, WE WILL CONTINUE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR TERM ON A RECURRING BASIS, AND UPON SUCH RENEWAL CHARGE ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU FOR THE FEE(S) THEN IN EFFECT PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU (EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT NOTICE IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR WALMART+ MEMBERSHIP, PLUS UP BENEFIT, OR PARAMOUNT+ WITH SHOWTIME PLAN BY FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION PROCESS DESCRIBED IN THE PARAGRAPHS ABOVE. To avoid being charged for a new term, you must cancel your membership subscription, Plus Up Benefit, or Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan before the end of the current term. If you cancel, you can continue to use the benefits of your Walmart+ Membership, Plus Up Benefit, or the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan until the end of your term.

1.4 Payment Method requirement. To sign up for a trial or paid Walmart+ Membership, you must have at least one Payment Method on file at all times. You can change your default Payment Method at any time. To remove all Payment Methods, you must cancel your Walmart+ Membership.

1.5 Payment resubmittals. If all Payment Methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of the applicable fee, you agree that we may resubmit the applicable fee for payment to your issuing bank(s). Any resubmittal attempts will be made first to your default Payment Method, and then to other Payment Methods you have on file. Once payment is authorized by an issuing bank on a Payment Method on file, all other resubmittals will be discontinued. If, after all resubmittals, payment is still not authorized by your issuing bank(s), your Walmart+ Membership will be automatically cancelled and your benefits will end. You may have the ability to sign up for Walmart+ thereafter through your Walmart account. Your new term will be based on the date that you sign up.

1.6 Other Limitations. We reserve the right to accept or refuse Walmart+ memberships at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Walmart+ Membership or any Walmart+ Benefits. Walmart+ Members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or delivery to their customers or potential customers using Walmart+ Benefits. From time to time, Walmart may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Walmart+ Benefits. Free 30-day trials of Walmart+ are limited to one per customer.

1.7 The fees for a Walmart+ subscription, any Plus Up Benefit, or the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan are stated in the subscription sign up or other enrollment process. From time to time, we may offer different terms and the fees for a Walmart+ subscription, any Plus Up Benefit, or a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan may vary. The Walmart+ Membership fee, any Plus Up Benefit fee, or any Paramount+ with SHOWTIME fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Sales, excise or other similar taxes may apply to any Walmart+ Membership or Plus Up Benefit fee.

1.8 Terms and Conditions Changes. We may at our discretion change these Walmart+ Membership terms or Walmart+ Benefits or any aspect of Walmart+ that is not material, without notice or liability to you. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED ENROLLMENT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

1.9 Termination by Us. We may terminate your membership or participation in Walmart+, including any additional or ancillary benefits provided by Walmart+, at our discretion without notice or liability to you. If we do so, we will give you a full refund for any term that has not yet expired. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud, abuse or other misuse of the membership or any of its benefits, or in our sole discretion is harmful to our interests or those of another user.

1.10 Pause Membership. Available for one (1) month periods to paid monthly or annual members that are not enrolled in Plus-Up benefits. By pausing your membership, you will not have access to the benefits associated with Walmart+ membership starting at the end of the billing cycle in which you made the request to pause the membership. Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the pause period. You may choose to pause your membership up to three (3) non-consecutive times per twelve (12) month rolling period. Should you “Undo Pause” prior to your pause period starting or “Resume Membership” after the pause period begins and prior to the end of the pause period, you agree that the request shall count against your three (3) available pause periods. If you have enabled the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan, you will not be able to use the Pause Membership feature unless you have downgraded/canceled your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan and your current term has expired.

1.11 Discounted Membership. From time-to-time Walmart+ may provide discounts on the price of a Walmart+ Membership to certain qualifying customers. The amount of the discount for each specific program is as set forth in the marketing materials and sign-up pages for that specific program. These discounted membership programs, including but not limited to the availability of the program, the prerequisites to qualify, and the amount of the discount, may be revised or changed without notice to you. Current discounted membership programs are identified below.

1.11.1 Walmart+ Assist. Walmart+ Assist is a discounted membership program provided for the benefit of individuals who are eligible for certain government assistance programs, specifically SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, TTANF, NSLP & LIHEAP. As part of the membership enrollment process for Walmart+ Assist, prospective customers will be required to verify their eligibility for one of these programs by completing an eligibility verification form and, if necessary, providing certain eligibility verification documentation. This verification process is provided by SheerID, a third-party verification service. For information on their services, visit them at www.SheerID.com. Once your eligibility has been verified, your verified status will be valid for one year from the date your paid Walmart+ Assist membership commences. Prior to the expiration of this one-year verification period, we’ll automatically verify your continuing eligibility for Walmart+ Assist. If your annual re-verification fails, you will no longer be eligible for the relevant discount, and your plan will auto-renew at the membership prices then in effect, plus applicable taxes, unless you first cancel your membership. You will be notified via email about the changes to your membership plan. If your Walmart+ membership is associated with a service or promotion you receive(d) through another company, you will need to wait until your promotion has concluded before signing up for Walmart+ Assist.

1.11.2 Walmart+ Student. Walmart+ Student is a discounted membership program offered periodically (availability identified in Walmart+ Student marketing) to individuals that meet certain student eligibility requirements. Eligibility requirements include enrollment in an undergraduate or advanced degree program at a Title IV-accredited college or university in the United States and residence within the United States. As part of the membership enrollment process for Walmart+ Student, prospective customers will be required to verify their eligibility by completing an eligibility verification form and, if necessary, providing certain eligibility verification documentation. This verification process is provided by SheerID, a third-party verification service. For information on their services, visit them at www.SheerID.com. Once your eligibility has been verified, your verified status will be valid for one year from the date your paid Walmart+ Student membership commences. Prior to the expiration of this one-year verification period, we’ll automatically verify your continuing eligibility for Walmart+ Student. If your annual re-verification fails, you will no longer be eligible for the relevant discount, and your plan will auto-renew at the membership prices then in effect, plus applicable taxes, unless you first cancel your membership. You will be notified via email about the changes to your membership plan. If your Walmart+ membership is associated with a service or promotion you receive(d) through another company, you will need to wait until your promotion has concluded before signing up for Walmart+ Student, if available.

2. WALMART+ CORE BENEFITS

2.1 Walmart+ Free Shipping, No Order Minimum, and Free Delivery From Your Store Benefits.

Walmart+ free shipping, no order minimum (“FSNM”) and free delivery from your store (“Free Delivery”) benefits are dependent upon inventory availability, available delivery time slots, and in some cases, the delivery address. Walmart+ FSNM-eligible orders are limited to items sold by Walmart or shipped by Walmart, through Walmart.com or the Walmart App. It is not available for items sold and shipped by Marketplace Retailers. We may also exclude products with special delivery characteristics at our discretion. Walmart+ Free Delivery applies to items available for delivery from physical Walmart stores located in your specific delivery area, and for which you select a specific delivery time slot when your order is placed through Walmart.com or the Walmart App. A $35 minimum order applies. 2.2 Mobile Scan and Go App

The Walmart mobile scan & go app (“SNG App”) is designed to allow select customers to use their mobile devices in participating Walmart stores to scan items for purchase into a digital cart, and then to authorize payment for that cart. Any use of the SNG App is subject to the following additional terms:

  • Accessing and Using the SNG App
    • You agree to accurately scan the barcode for all products you wish to purchase, before checkout, when using the SNG App, and to pay for all products you obtain from any Walmart store. If you are unable to scan any products for any reason (including due to lack of connectivity with your mobile service), you must consult with a Walmart associate to make sure all items are either reflected in your digital cart before checkout, or are reflected on your physical or digital receipt after checkout.
    • Upon scanning the relevant barcode for a product, that product will appear in your digital cart on your mobile device, along with the price for that product. Upon scanning certain products, like some fruits and vegetables, your digital cart will only reflect an estimated price for the product. The price for such products will be finalized as part of the exit and payment process, where you will be asked to weigh or provide the item count for the product. As a result, the total payment amount reflected for your digital cart may change.
    • You agree that Walmart may review the products in your possession and/or your receipt or proof of purchase on your mobile device at any time (sometimes referred to as an “item check”), and that Walmart can require that any products be re-scanned or removed from your physical and/or digital cart, and that any product price or digital cart total be re-calculated. In the event you and any Walmart associate calculate different totals for your purchase, the calculation confirmed by the Walmart associate will be the amount payable by you.
    • In order to finalize your purchase and exit the store, before leaving the store, you are required and agree: (i) to proceed to any available self-checkout register, and then, in the SNG App, pair your mobile device with the self-checkout register by scanning the QR code displayed on the screen; (ii) after pairing your mobile device with a self-checkout register, to follow the instructions provided to you within the SNG App, which may include, among other things, weighing certain fruits and vegetables, providing proof of age in order to purchase age-restricted items, or submitting to an item check; and (iii) upon completion of all instructions in the SNG App, to select your preferred payment method and click the “Pay now” button on the “Checkout” page of the SNG App. Upon completing this process, your transaction will be complete, a digital receipt of the transaction will be rendered to you within the SNG App (or, in some cases, a physical receipt may be rendered to you from the self-checkout register), and you may exit the store.
    • By selecting your preferred payment method and clicking “Pay now” on the “Checkout” page of the SNG App, you acknowledge and agree that we may proceed to finalize your payment transaction with your card issuer in the total amount of your digital cart.
    • In some Walmart locations where a self-checkout register is not currently enabled, or in other select circumstances, you may be required to complete a “digital cart transfer”, which transfers products scanned into your digital cart over to a self-checkout register or to a staffed register, where your transaction will be completed in the traditional manner (but without having to re-scan all of your items again at the register).
    • Subject to the laws of the jurisdiction of the store location in which you are shopping, the SNG App may allow you to scan certain age-restricted items, like alcohol, into your digital cart. By using the SNG App to scan such items into your digital cart, you represent that you meet the age requirements necessary to purchase such items, and acknowledge that you will be required to verify your identity and age with a Walmart associate, using appropriate credentials, when you complete the checkout process at the self-checkout register. If, upon age verification, it is determined by a Walmart associate that you do not meet the minimum age required to purchase those items, you will not be allowed to complete the purchase of those items. You agree to fully cooperate with any Walmart associates during your use of the SNG App, including by providing any identification or verification required for the purchase of certain products.
    • Walmart may alter, suspend, or terminate use of the SNG App at any time at its discretion without notice to you.
    • For certain large SNG App purchases, you will be asked to confirm your payment method and identity with a Walmart associate located at the store exit by presenting the credit card used for the transaction and a government-issued photo identification. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, you must pay for your purchase using traditional check-out methods. Please consult your local Walmart store for further details.
    • We may elect to make certain items in our stores ineligible for purchase through the SNG App at any time, in our sole discretion, with no prior notice to you (for example, firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards that are not pre-activated, tires, car batteries, hearing center items, R-rated movies and games, prescriptions and some harsh chemicals).
  • License Grant and Use Restrictions
    • The SNG App, including software embedded in the SNG App, is licensed, not sold, to you by Walmart only under these Terms of Use, and Walmart reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
    • Walmart does not own the media or device on which the SNG App is recorded or stored, but Walmart and its licensors retain ownership of the SNG App itself.
    • The SNG App is available only for supported devices, and is not available for all devices. Please check to determine whether a specific device-software combination is supported by the SNG App. You may not use the SNG App on devices that are not supported.
    • You may not distribute or make the SNG App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the SNG App available.
    • With respect to updates to the SNG App that Walmart may make available for download, these Terms of Use allow you to download such SNG App updates to update or restore the SNG App on any supported device.

2.3 Walmart+ Member Prices on Fuel

Walmart+ provides its members with a discount on the price of fuel when purchased from Walmart fueling stations and select third-party fuel providers. The fuel discount provided by Walmart fueling stations and any third-party fuel providers is subject to change and may differ based on specific location, and is dependent on state laws governing the price of fuels. Any third-party fuel providers participating in this fuel discount program set their own underlying fuel prices provided to the general public. Walmart makes no representation or warranty as to any of the products or services provided by any third-party fuel providers participating in the fuel discount program.

In addition, Walmart+ members also have access to Sam’s Club fueling stations, where they can purchase fuel at the same prices made available to Sam’s Club members.

2.4 Streaming

  • Paramount+ Essential Plan. Walmart+ is pleased to provide to its members with a subscription to Paramount’s video streaming service known as Paramount+ as an included, core benefit of a Walmart+ membership. The included benefit is limited to the Paramount+ Essential Plan (ad-supported), only and does not include Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. In order to activate this benefit, Walmart+ Members must visit your account page, click on the video streaming benefit and follow the steps to link your Walmart+ account to a new Paramount+ account. If you are an existing Paramount+ subscriber and wish to take advantage of this benefit, you will need to cancel your existing Paramount+ subscription first. Once your final billing cycle with Paramount+ is complete, visit your Walmart+ account hub and follow the steps to link your Walmart+ account to Paramount+. Paramount is responsible for all content provided through the Paramount+ Essential Plan, and Walmart takes no responsibility therefor.
  • Upgrade to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. Walmart+ members have the ability to upgrade their streaming plan to a monthly or annual Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan for an additional monthly or annual fee which will be billed to the member directly by Walmart in connection with their Walmart+ membership billing pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1.1 through 1.10 above. The additional fee may change from time-to-time and will be identified to you in the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME upgrade process. In order to be eligible for this upgrade, you must have a paid monthly or annual Walmart+ subscription and have previously enrolled in the Paramount+ Essential plan through your Walmart+ membership. In order to downgrade/cancel your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan, you can do so through your Walmart Account: Account > Walmart+, then select Paramount+ with SHOWTIME/Manage Plan. Paramount+ with SHOWTIME fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Paramount is responsible for all content provided through the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan, and Walmart takes no responsibility therefor.
  • Walmart+ provides its members with access to select ad-free content on PlutoTV. The select content that streams ad-free for Walmart+ Members is subject to change on a monthly basis. In order to activate this benefit, Walmart+ Members must visit their account page, click on the PlutoTV benefit, and follow the steps to link their account. All other content viewed by Walmart+ members on PlutoTV will have the same viewing experience as other PlutoTV users. Walmart is not responsible for any of the content available on PlutoTV.

2.5 Limited-Time Offers or Member Perks

Walmart+ may provide its members with access to limited-time offers or membership perks which provide members with access to discounts, promotions, deals, and/or samples on select products or services offered by Walmart or third parties. Walmart reserves the right to make these limited-time offers or member perks available to paid and/or free trial members, to remove or disable an offer or perk at any time, to limit redemption quantities of any offer or perk, to shorten or lengthen the time to claim or redeem the offer or perk, and to revise eligibility requirements to claim or redeem an offer or perk (other than the requirement to be an active Walmart+ member to claim an offer or perk). To view and access these limited-time offers or perks, members should visit their Walmart+ account page.

2.6 Walmart+ Travel, powered by Expedia

Walmart+ provides its members with the ability to get Walmart Cash when booking travel with Walmart+ Travel, powered by Expedia, at WalmartPlusTravel.com. The amount of Walmart Cash that can be received through a travel booking on WalmartPlusTravel.com ranges from 2% to 5% of the booking cost (2% on air bookings and 5% on everything else), excluding taxes and fees, and is subject to change at any time. After a member has booked travel through WalmartPlusTravel.com, the Walmart Cash a member is eligible for will show as “pending” in their account within 48 hours after booking. If a member cancels or modifies a booking, the associated “pending” Walmart Cash will update within 48 hours after the booking modification or cancellation. Walmart Cash received for travel bookings made through WalmartPlusTravel.com will only be eligible for redemption or cash out approximately 30 days after a booking is completed. The ability to receive and redeem/cash out Walmart Cash as a result of a travel booking through Walmart+ Travel, powered by Expedia, is subject to the Walmart Cash Terms of Use available here.

You will be required to sign in through your Walmart.com account prior to booking travel on WalmartPlusTravel.com, and when doing so, you direct Walmart to provide your data to Expedia for the purpose of accessing and using the Walmart+ Travel powered by Expedia site. When booking travel on WalmartPlusTravel.com, you are subject to Expedia’s privacy policy and terms of use and direct Expedia to provide your booking data to Walmart.

2.7 Auto Care

Walmart+ provides its members with certain auto care benefits available only in Walmart Auto Care Centers. Walmart may, at its sole discretion, require its members to execute an acknowledgment form prior to performing any service associated with the Auto Care benefits. By receiving services under these benefits, You agree to be bound by any and all restrictions and terms of Walmart Auto Care Centers, including the terms and conditions of the Road Hazard Warranty available here.

  • Road Hazard Warranty: Walmart+ provides its trial and paid members with a Road Hazard Warranty on tire(s) purchased and installed at Walmart Auto Care Centers. This benefit applies only to tires installed on passenger cars, light trucks, minivans, small RVs, & crossovers. At the time the tire(s) are purchased and installed, the member must scan a QR Code available at the Walmart Auto Care Center to confirm membership status. The member will receive a receipt showing “proof of purchase” of the tires and the warranty benefit, which must be retained and presented to make a claim. The Road Hazard Warranty does not apply once tire tread is no longer usable (2/32”) or if you have violated the terms/restrictions of the Road Hazard Warranty. This benefit is not applicable to:
    • Tires purchased or installed at a location other than a Walmart Auto Care Center
    • Utility tires (e.g. tires used on golfcarts, trailers, ATVs, lawn & garden equipment) or any other specialty tires
    • Tires for use on semi-trucks, farm equipment, large recreational vehicles, motorcycles, commercial trucks/vehicles, or any similar vehicle-type
  • Unlimited Tire Repair: Walmart+ provides its trial and paid members with unlimited tire repair at Walmart Auto Care Centers. This benefit applies only to tires on or used for passenger cars, light trucks, minivans, small RVs, & crossovers. At the time of the repair, the member must scan a QR Code available at the Walmart Auto Care Center to confirm membership status. The member is not required to own the tire or vehicle to be eligible to use this benefit. The tire repair benefit does not apply once tire tread is no longer usable (2/32”) or if the location & size of the damage does not meet industry standards for tire repair services, which shall be determined solely at Walmart’s discretion. This benefit is not applicable to:
    • Refund requests for tire repairs previously performed at any Walmart Auto Care Center
    • Tire repairs on utility tires (e.g. tires used on golfcarts, trailers, ATVs, lawn & garden equipment) or any other specialty tires
    • Tire repairs on tires used on or for semi-trucks, farm equipment, large recreational vehicles, motorcycles, commercial trucks/vehicles, or similar type vehicle

3. WALMART+ PLUS UP BENEFITS

From time to time, Walmart+ may offer to its members additional, fee-based benefits (“Plus Up Benefits”), for which a separate, monthly or annual subscription is required. In order to purchase any of these Plus Up Benefits, you must have, and maintain, a Walmart+ membership in good standing. Plus Up Benefits are subject to the same enrollment, payment, and other requirements as set forth in Section I (Membership) above. Each individual Plus Up Benefit will have a separate monthly or annual fee, which may be billed either contemporaneously with, or separately from, your main Walmart Membership. If you terminate your Walmart+ Membership, you will also automatically terminate any Plus Up Benefits to which you have subscribed. You may terminate your subscription to any Plus Up Benefit in which you were previously enrolled without affecting your Walmart+ Membership. Each individual Plus Up Benefit is also subject to its own specific terms of use, as identified below. Any such terms of use are in all cases subject to these Walmart+ Terms of Use and the Walmart.com Terms of Use (referenced above), and are expressly incorporated herein by reference. Individual Plus Up Benefits may at any time be discontinued, or modified, in our sole discretion.

4. WALMART+ TRIAL BENEFITS

From time-to-time Walmart may offer to all, or select, Walmart+ members the ability to participate in certain trial benefits (“Trial Benefits”) that are being piloted or tested for the Walmart+ program and/or for wider distribution. Walmart reserves the right to select the specific members who will be allowed to participate and utilize these Trial Benefits. Utilization of such Trial Benefits is not mandatory, however, should you choose to do so, any such utilization is in all cases subject to the relevant terms of use for such Trial Benefit. Any Trial Benefits and the relevant terms of use will be identified in this section. Trial Benefits may at any time be discontinued, or modified, and the length of time during which they are made available and/or to whom they are made available (including to non-members of the Walmart+ program) may be changed, in all cases in our sole discretion and without any notice to you.

Current Trial Benefits are as follows:

  • Returns from Home (effective August 2, 2022). Available to select Walmart+ members with an active membership at the time the member selects a “Returns from Home” timeslot for the return of an eligible item. This trial benefit is limited to select locations and select purchases. Your return is eligible if “Returns from Home” is listed as an option for return when selecting a return method. For each scheduled return pickup timeslot, no more than four (4) items from the same purchase may be returned through Returns from Home. You must be present and provide the return barcode for scanning at the time the item(s) are picked up for return. By using this trial benefit, you agree to be bound by these limitations and any limitations in Walmart’s Return Policy located here. The below items are prohibited from being picked up from the member’s home:
    • Items weighing more than 15 lbs
    • Items with any edge longer than 36 inches
    • Items with a cost that is equal to or exceeds $500
    • Marketplace items
    • Items purchased or picked up in store or curbside
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Prescription and OTC medications
    • Health/Beauty devices, supplements, & aids
    • Candy
    • Tobacco products
    • Paper goods
    • Pet products and supplies
    • Household chemicals
    • Lawn & Garden products
    • Cosmetics & skincare
    • Toys
    • Grocery & Food items

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN THROUGH RETURNS FROM HOME ARE DETERMINED SOLELY BY WALMART, AND THAT ALL EXCLUDED ITEMS MAY NOT BE FULLY LISTED HERE. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WALMART HAS THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE LIST OF EXCLUDED ITEMS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND THAT WALMART MAY LIMIT THE ABILITY TO MAKE RETURNS THROUGH PICKUP FROM HOME AT ANY TIME IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
