Not sure about weight, but I have 7-8 long winter coats hanging on it.

I cant tell you weight exactly but I can tell you I have 59 items hanging most of which are sweaters, coats and uniforms so it holds a fair amount.

Not sure of exact weight capacity but I can tell you that it's holding a number of coats/jackets on the top and the bottom bars are supporting a large hamper full of clothes and another laundry bag full right next to it and so far no signs of collapsing.

Not very much. If you only put very few items weighing very little, it may be ok.

I don't know, but the items I have on it right now weigh about 40 or 50 pounds, I would believe. The two sheets of 2' X 4' pegboard suspended from the top that is loaded with metal "J" hooks and the jewelry may even be heavier. Groupier from Colorado

From using it for a few weeks so far it holds quite a few garments (25 or so) and I have had no issues with it at all. It's a nice quality for the money and made nicely.

It would be a struggle to take it a part and put it back together. It took me around 15 mintues to put them together. it requires a lot of force to make it stable.

It doesn't collapses and it took me about 5 minutes to put it together when I first got it..!! Hope this helps..!!

Yes. This rack will travel well. However, be sure to take it out of the box and get comfortable assembling/disassembling before you're in a time crunch. Be sure to keep the box.

It doesn't fold up, but it is very easy and fast to assemble. No tools required. Light enough to carry easily.

Yes and yes. You will love it. I got it to set up at a trade fair. I'm not very handy but I can put this baby up in minutes, take down in minutes. Sturdy, great price. Especially when you compare to "store supply" merchandise. It does not fold up--you'll have to dismantle to transport but it's very simple. I plan on making an elongated canvas bag for it. You'll probably never get it back into the box it came in!

This is portable only because it comes with coaster feet. You can move it around. But, it does not "collapse". You would have to disassemble it each time.
