White, Zinsser Mold Killing Primer-316097, Quart: Specially made with a fungicidal protective design that can be used to paint directly over all existing bacteria on walls, gutters, and other surfaces. It works potently against mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor-causing germs and more. The antimicrobial formula of the Zinsser primer prevents the growth of fungal organisms on the paint film and aids in covering residual microbiological and fungal stains. This water-based product binds onto chalky siding, masonry and metal.

I have not used it yet but expect great things since I had a good experience with other Zinsser products.

Just what I had been looking for.

Unlike the large can of the same product this worked perfect. The price is a little high. I'm going to try the bull's-eye  that's half the price, but if that doesn't work, I'll be coming back to this period

Have been fighting black mold coming back in apartment bathroom.  I have a lung disorder and kept testing positive tor mold toxicity.Apartment maintenance kept "fixing" the problem, but I kept getting sicker.    Finally purchased this and did it myself- goes on great with little prep-didnt have to risk extra exposure through cleaning old mold (instructs to paint over most visible mold). Purchased in white and was able to paint right in top for a perfect match.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this base to cover the post of the mailbox that had turned green. I plan to use it outside the house to cover a bit that has turned green. I recommend it. It is very easy to apply just the water to stir the paint well. The smell is not strong, it is a normal smell of paint. It is very easy to use and to open, it comes well closed. and you can open it very easily.

Cannot be sure until applied, and, effectiveness after several months

I like the coverage.  But, it had a lot of excess powder from the spray that covered everything, even the floors with a white film.

Good, but needs a better sprayer.

The substituted item was not comparable to my original purchase. Ceiling paint is not the same as mold killing primer.
