It is a twin sized bed. It fit my daughters twin mattress perfectly. A full sized mattress would be too big.

No, it&#39;s just for one loft bed. It does not have extra parts. just the bed frame shown in the picture. you might want to get bunk beds if you are looking for a full size over another full size.

I found that our standard twin pillow top mattress had to be squished in on each end to fit, making it impossible to change sheets or tuck in bedding.  I ultimately purchased a full size 6 inch foam mattress from Amazon and it fits perfect, however it&#39;s about an inch smaller on each side than was advertised (it&#39;s one of those vacuum sealed mattresses that has to expand over time).

We bought this so my daughters didn't have to share a double bed. The bed is sturdy & was relatively easy for me & my husband to assemble. It fits perfectly over the double bed so it looks like a bunk bed.

We bought this for my son's tight space at college.  It is perfect - he was able to fit two dressers underneath, and has lots of extra space behind the dressers for more storage.  The bed is very sturdy - no shakiness or noisiness.  It took my son and husband about 2 hours to put together, but it wasn't difficult.  We bought a twin XL comforter to go on it, as we knew it would be hard to make the bed with a wider one.  The twin XL worked well.  It covers the edges of the bed, and he doesn't have to fight with it to make it look neat. We are very happy with this purchase!
