Unlike the American Express, Visa always sent cards with the strip intact, stores used especially on line (Walmart) have always been excepted. Never had to work with people who don't understand the language, and who refuse to get you an American agent. Never been forced to use the card where I choose not to.

They Work!

Gift card worked perfectly, no problems except couldn't use card to pay T-Mobile phone bill online or over the phone (had to go to store and pay in person). Also had to pay in store for gas (couldn't pay at the pump). 
Lastly, FedEx had “expected delivery time 11:20am-3:20pm” and then changed it around 3:30 to “by end of day”… it arrived at 6pm.

Worked as expected, delivery a couple hours late

Spent 400 on Visa cards and neither one worked so after the embarrassment and frustration I had to pay for my stuff with cash so lesson learned don't buy Cards from any place there are scammers no matter where you buy them

Had a card that did not work. Called the number and after 30 minuets of dealing with language barrier issues I gave up. Tried to call in and got another nonEnglish speaker.

Did a dispute with my credit co and it was refunded then took back.

Worst experience ever with Walmart. Beware of these cards Walmart is of no help with theses. Find another way to get gift cards becaus Wlamart does not help on these and the supplier is off shore and will rip you off.

RIP OFF Deserves ZERO stars

Ordered gift cards for gifts and they were not activated. 12/5/23 Walmart passed the problem on to me having to contact Vanilla gift card services who placed it under review til 1/12/24! I was out $350 and no gift to give unless I paid more to have smthg on Xmas! If you sell a product in your store, you should be responsible when it isn't satisfactory or there is an issue that is in no way the customer's fault. That goes for Walmart and Vanilla gift card service! Just not right to handle it the way it's been handled! 100% poor customer service!

Terrible service…

You cannot use this card online anywhere. Not even...Walmart. The only reason i didnt waste $200, is because after scouring the internet for hours, i was able to stumble upon a Reddit thread on these cards, that stated you can load them to your Amazon gift card balance. Buyer beware.

Dont Do it

I have not received tbis item. I had requested the order to be cancelled. it was for my grandsons birthday and was delayed. after I requested cancellation. Later they showed order delivered on the 7th. it is not here!!! This is the 3rd time this has happeden to us. Time for us to go elaswhere for our shopping.

Gift Card

The card was never delivered. FedEx says it was delivered, but it wasn't. i was outside cleaning my car before they said it arrived, during the time, they said it arrived, and after they said it arrived. i kept checking all afterpay and evening. i was told by
 Walmart to give it a day or two and call back. I did that and was told there was nothing to be done. I'm just out $200! I checked all around my house in case it was delivered to a different location and asked my neighbors if they received a delivery meant for me and they hadn't. needless to say, I'm very upset. walmart won't help because they say it's not their fault and FedEx says the same. FedEx needs to start taking pictures to prove the made their deliveries. I now have a camera that covers my entire yard and all the way to the front door. So, whatever happened, I can prove.

Vanilla Gift Card for $200'purchased online( for convenience ) with other items . The vanilla visa gift card was for a gift so when I received it I immediately checked the balance . The balance in the card was zero ! I immediately began the process of filing a claim , which was not or has yet to be a “ convenient “ process !
