By far the best vacuum i have ever owned!  The Trifo Emily was super easy to set up and cleaned better than i do myself.  This robot is smart and efficient when it cleans so it doesn't just bounce around and clean randomly like other robots out there.  I highly recommend it!

Very impressed with the Emily, especially for the price. Just as effective as higher priced models. Really like the adjustable suction levels. Even at medium suction, the vac had no problem picking up pet hair.  Be sure to download the app.

Highly recommend! My wife has wanted one of these for a while and this was an affordable find and she loves it! Our vacuum has been named Cindy and she takes care of all the vacuuming needs, traveling over our shag rug in the living room with ease.  With the app my wife was able to send Cindy out to do the vacuuming while she was away at work.  With the app we were able to set up a cleaning schedule which is a fantastic feature as well!! So glad we made this purchase!!!

To start I would like to say that I am a heavy user of robotic vacuums. I own a longstanding popular brand robot for my upstairs that cost over $600, a top of the line model several years ago. I recently finished my basement and wanted to add an additional robot to the stable. In researching the Trifo Emily I saw a robot that advertised all the features of other high-end robots at a price tag that was several hundred dollars less. I was honestly skeptical the Emily could deliver similar results at such a competitive price; within minutes I could see my skepticism was entirely unfounded.

The packaging and instructions were clean and easy to understand, this really feels like an Apple designed product, it has that simple elegance that allows any user to efficiently get it up and running. No clunky manuals or assembly, just easy plug and play right out of the box. Within minutes I had the app loaded on my smart phone, thanks to the easy QR code on the instructions, and the unit was plugged into its base station and charging. The app interface was clean and a breeze to use, I allowed the device to finish its charge and set it about cleaning my 750 sq ft basement. This basement sees heavy use by kids and dogs alike with a mixture of both carpet and tile flooring.

The robot began working immediately, intuitively starting in the corner and moving in parallel lines across the shortest length of the room. I was surprised it navigated around oddly shaped furniture and avoided getting caught up on errant toys or dog bones, something my much pricier unit struggled with nearly every cleaning. As the robot came to an obstacle its sensors seemed to easily maneuver around it and continue its cleaning, all the while maintaining straight uniform cleaning lines. The uniformity of the vacuum lines are important to my wife who says it cant just be clean, it has to look clean as well, for what its worth my basement carpet now looks like the outfield at Wrigley Field.

After about 25 minutes the Emily finished and went back to the charger. I pulled open the app and saw a detailed map of the cleaning area and a feature which allowed me to schedule the next regular cleaning. I like that the app tracks filter usage, much like the oil change light in your car, the Emily will tell you when it needs a bit of maintenance. Despite me glowing review of the interface, I would have liked to see a direct link or automatic subscription for buying filters right from the app. I also felt the default voice command was a bit loud for my sleeping baby, but that was easily remedied in the app. Overall, I could not be happier with this robot. It outperforms my more expensive model and has impressive battery life, I still had 35% remaining after 750 sq ft. It is incredibly easy to use and the dust bin was more then adequate size for everything my family could throw at it. The Emily offers the kind of technological luxury often reserved for the rich, at a price point that every family

Better than expected!

Received my Emma yesterday, charged the battery overnite and ran it for the first time this morning.  Can't be more pleased with the early results! The 2-hour runtime is terrific for maximum cleaning as is the 9"  cleaning path, and the suction power is better than my previous IRobot, which cost $200 more.  And the detailed cleaning path makes much more sense than the random navigation I had gotten used to.  I don't own an Alexa, although the Emma is Alexa-enabled; maybe that's my next purchase. But again, could not be happier with my new Emma!

It is very efficient and very easy to use

I like the vacuum, works great. Actually picks up a lot of trash but I can't get it to connect to my wifi. I've tried almost everything! Overall it still does its job, just wish I could use the app that comes with it

Good vacuum, bad app

Very simple and complete instructions to set up, but then, major disappointment: Whenever it bumped into an obstacle it tried (weakly) to turn away but then would just sit there. and ask for help, not to turn but to lift up to clean wheels (after going 5 feet across a clean surface!) ???

"Emily" is not smart

I can't really rate this since they canceled my order. Most likely due to putting it on sale %26 then not honoring that price.
