It was going to be the perfect match for the living room and finally my sons toys could have a home. The product box arrived in horrible condition, almost as if a mouse got a hold of it. I ignored that because after all it's just a box. We opened the product to find the metal bars scraped and tarnished! I could not believe my eyes! The produce was in awful condition and is being returned! Walmart online service was amazing and made the return simple. I understand the quality of the product is tot tutors fault and not Walmart! 12/16/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by smartshopper7a Better than expected The Tot Tutors Toy Organizer turned out to be better than I expected based on other users' reviews. It is made of sturdy MDF and is very stable once assembled. The plastic bins are about the thickness of a standard plastic lidded storage bin. I expected them to be a bit more flimsy based on reviewers stating that their bins arrived cracked. That being said, one of my bins did arrive with a small crack on one of its corners. I will call the manufacturer to seek replacement. Overall, I am thrilled with this product. It fits many more toys than I expected it to, is good and sturdy, and looks great in my home. The best part is that my 8 month old can now see all of his toys and easily select which ones he wants to play with. Well worth the purchase price. 11/26/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Luckygem Nice product 4 stars for a broken bin, overall great product. Bins are slightly smaller than expected but helps with keeping toys organized very well. One bin did arrive cracked on two corners, however I emailed the company that makes it (not Walmart) and was sent a replacement bin within a week in perfect condition. Very easy to put together (10-15 minutes). Sturdy and my daughter loves being able to see all her toys. Definitely recommend. 11/24/2012
