Sure! Why not? It can always be placed on wood blocks if you need more height, but NEVER use concrete blocks; they can crush!

If you blessed to have one that works yes it will but you need to try it out first before you really need it.

No. The amount of lift is too little unless you're rotating tires. Anything else a truck or SUV is too tall for this jack to reach the frame. It's really cheap & other retailers sell it for less

probably not, get something that goes higher

It will reach the rear axle or front suspension, but not the frame of taller vehicles without a chock block. Removing one tire at a time using jack stands, you can still rotate your tires.

I purchased the product online and it was available 2 hrs later for in store pick up. It works great for my '02 Jetta. The only downfall is that it doesn't have the lifting point that raises up by screwing up ad down. But overall I love the product and would recommend it to anyone with small cars.

Great jack for a small car!!!

There's nothing special about a 2-ton jack, but the 360-degree handle is fantastic! It works great in those places where you just can't get enough clearance to operate the jack, and I own a Miata so there are a lot of them. Great addition to a pretty standard product.

Neat Handle!

I bought this to keep in my SUV so I don't have to use that GM sizzors jack.

HIGH recommend to have at the ready. I wrapped the handle in a couple of shop rags and good to go no rattles.

For this and occasional home repair work, this is the one.

I like it

I would by hack if needed for a car it only goes up 13 1/2 inches. Wouldn't lift my back of trailblazer I have 17 in tires on it. However I do love the 360 handle so you can move to where you can jack car up better. I gave jack to neighbor he needed one I'm going to look for a bigger jack for my vehicle. It was my mistake not reading jack dimensions but overall I like it as much as my craftsman jack I use in garage at all times. If you need a cheap decent jack this ones for you I read reviews online this is a good brand to trust.

Jack is good for a car

I've had this jack for little over a year. I only really use it to do oil changes on my 1990 Eagle Talon TSi AWD.

I lift the entire front of my car to about the maximum height just to have enough room to change my oil. Which may sound like over-kill but the jack only lifts to about 12 inches.

I may have used this jack 20 times total, the leak is very slow and will allow me to jack up the car and reach near maximum height. The jack will lose all pressure in about a 5 minute time span. You really have to make sure you use jack stands with this jack, I can not stress that enough. You should always use them anyhow!

The swivel feature is useful for tight spots, like my crowded garage for example. But the jack handle is easily bent, so now mine takes a bit of effort to get it in.

The price is acceptable for the product, however simple fixes during manufacturing could remedy the problem areas.

Unless you are looking for the cheapest jack possible until you can get a new one, I can not recommend this jack for you.

Keep in mind this jack has a very limited amount of lift, so if you were hoping to change your tire on your SUV with it keep looking. You'd be lucky to relieve some weight from the tire, and you'd never get the rubber off the ground.

I do believe this jack with nothing on it is something like 8 or 9 pumps to reach max height. If you are lifting your car it takes like 15-20 to reach max height.

The down height on the jack is still pretty high. You could get away with it on a stock sports car suspension with maybe a inch of clearance. But if you are trying to put it under a lowered sports car or just a slammed car in general it defiantly will not fit.

The truth is, it is a cheap jack and you are getting what you pay for. Wal-Mart offers higher quality and more specialized jacks if you need them. If you are looking to jack up a small car like a sports coupe, a sedan or maybe a hatch back on the stock suspension this jack will work to change a tire or change the oil.

Low lift, leaks, low quality.

this is a good value for the money, this jack will lift the car, I only wish it could have lifted the car higher.

I own a 2001 Toyota Camry. My car does not sit very high off of the ground.

This jack, on it's first use, will not lift my Camry off of the ground high enough for me to take a tire off. It jacks it up to a certain point, then it won't raise any more, and I hear a kind of hissing when I pump it. I assume the hissing is a pressure release mechanism that the jack has to stop it once it reaches max height. From looking at the jack when I get it as high as I can pump it, it looks like it could not go much higher.

I bought the jack months ago and it has just been sitting in the box for a long time. It doesn't seem like a lot of people have had this problem, but I sure have. Just very disappointed that this jack will not lift a small to midsize car off the ground enough to change a tire.

You have use a full stroke with the lever, all the way up then down, to raise the jack. Bar is short. Weight rating questionable. It strains under the weight of a car when used to lift.

the jack I received did not work and I had to drive 26 miles to return it, I did buy another one at store which did work. I owned one before which lasted for over 2 years, they are an excellent tool for the price, unfortunately I got a bad one.
