Pump is included. But I used my uwn pump which is much faster. So I can't tell you if the pump works well or not.

It comes with a hand operated pump which I found to be useless. I used an air compressor. You can't use a tire pump because the hole for the air pump is not made for inserting the needle commonly used for basketballs, footballs etc.

This fitness ball is strong and inflated very easily. Studies have shown that doing crunches on a fitness ball is the most effective type of abs exercise. This fitness ball will help you work on a our abs and fit within your fitness regiment. I am glad I have this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

this fitness ball is strong and inflates easily

We're using this ball as a computer chair.  55 cm is a little short for an adult, but a good height for a 10-year-old student.   It's still tall enough for an adult, just a little harder on the knees than a larger ball.

The package includes a tape that can be placed around the ball.  This makes it super easy to stay within the guidelines while inflating the ball to a safe maximum.  It includes a manual pump as well.

The pink color is great!  This was a good value and a nice yoga fitness ball.

Using as a computer chair

Tone Fitness 65cm Antiburst Ball is exactly what I ordered. It was the right size, was easy to inflate with the hand pump it comes with (just took a little time), and came with a dvd. I haven't watched the dvd since I bought the ball with certain exercises already in mind.

It was a little confusing trying to make sure the ball was fully inflated, but not over inflated since the directions weren't very clear. I just looked it up online. Anyways, great price for a antiburst stability ball.

Bought this as a herding ball for my Aussie. It has held up fantastically for her biting and pawing at it constantly.are of a thick material and easy to blow up.
