They say up to 300 degrees. Most foods need to be cooked at a higher temp than 300! So I would say NO, they are NOT oven safe.
Which sucks. Wish I would have read more before I Purchased.

I just purchased this item in blue speckle and it comes with a Warranty and Care Instructions manual. It states the Porcelain Enamel Aluminum Cookware is Oven safe up to 400 degrees and the cast iron is safe up to 500 degrees.

I&#39;ve been using these for 3 months, I spray with hot water, and everything comes off, then I use a soft sponge and dish soap to clean the oils off the inside and out.  So far so good.

I know this set is dishwasher safe, but I plan to clean by hand. How should I care for this set?

8" cast iron frying pan, 9.5" frying pan, 1.1 quart sauce pan with lid, 2.5 quart sauce pan with lid, 5.5 quart dutch oven with lid, 4.2 quart jumbo cooker with lid. Aluminum material and can be used in oven, but not in the microwave. Turqouise color with white speckles. This 10 piece set is super beautiful, lightweight and great to use every day. The non stick feature is great, but as usual it scratches if used with metal utensils. It comes packaged securely so the pieces do not rattle and rub against each other. This set is great for your own kitchen and is super great to give as a wedding gift. Comes in different colors. Be careful about banging the pots. The enamel on the outside will chip. Light weight. Only the cast iron skillet has a little weight to it. I highly recommend this brand and all its products. I am excited to cook again. Speckled, Porcelain Enamel cookwaren

Was delighted to receive my Pioneer Woman Vintage Speckle 10-Piece Non-Stick Pre-Seasoned Cookware Set because it was even better than expected from the description provided and sat on the stove like a decorator item; it's a rich speckled red and really lovely to look at.

I measured and a large two handled pot and a sauté pan at 10”, with one cover that fits both; a larger 11 & ½ “ casserole/pot luck pan with cover and a handle at both ends for easier lifting off a hot stove, a 7” pot and a 6” pot, both with covers; and a 7 & ½ inch cast iron skillet with a handle at each end, but no insulator so an oven mitt is recommended when using this country style accent piece.

Some people swear by cast iron (tough and durable, cast iron pans are safer than many modern pieces of cookware, require less oil, act like non-stick pans when seasoned well, take high heat, keep food from burning and cook foods evenly); but chances are I'll skip the weight and oven mitt for the other pieces and use the cast iron skillet as a kitchen accent piece, along with the pizza peel and antique pepper grinders.

I especially like the fact that all handles -- including covers – are heat insulated. For my uncoated handles I have go for a mitt or towel to check out what's cooking. It would be nice if the cast iron skillet came with the handle covers I see in the larger sets; I'd be more likely to give it a try.

All the other pots, pans and skillets are as good as or better in use than any other non-stick I've used before – and I've been cooking for 70 years. All pieces have a solid quality look and feel and are very user friendly due to the added insulation on the handles and covers.

I couldn't be happier to have received my Pioneer Woman Vintage Speckle 10-Piece Non-Stick Pre-Seasoned Cookware Set. I recommend it to anybody who likes the idea of good cooking with a quality set of pots and pans that clean up fast and easy after the fact and leave a stove top that's easy on the eyes.

Great pots and pans set

This cookware set is so much nicer than I expected. I needed to replace my worn out and scratched non stick frying pan and decided to purchase this entire set because I can always use extras in case the piece I need is in the dishwasher.  The color is  beautiful. The outside is a speckled teal enamel. The pieces have a nice weight and are very sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised that the frying pan cooks evenly!  When I pour the oil in the pan, it fill the pan completely even, unlike my previous pan where the oil moves to the outside and there's no oil in the middle. It cooked all my chicken cutlets perfectly so I didn't have to move them around the pan. I also love the rubber handles and lids - you don't need a pot holder. Although I've never used cast iron before, the extras are a nice touch and I will try them out for bacon and eggs. The only drawback is that the frying pan doesn't come with a lid. I also wish it was a bit larger.  For the price, this is a great cookware set.

Beautiful cookware set. Can't beat the price!

I did try to find a negative on this pan set but thus far, I have not had issues with them at all. I only use these pans with low heat. If I need or want to do high heat frying, I use a high heat pan or a specific electric fryer. I've enjoyed these pans for frying but on low heat such as frying eggs, bacon, ham, and even chicken. I use very minimal oils and butters. I also keep the pans on low to medium heat, never high heat. When washing, I never place these pans nor the lids in the dishwasher. In fact the only type of pans I place in a dishwasher is stainless pans. I don't have a gas cook stove but if you do, I would strongly suggest keeping the fire very low. With enamel pans it is important to allow the pans to cool before washing by hand and only use a dishcloth or soft sponge. Since these are non stick, it is also important to only use slicone, plastic type, or wooden utensils that won't scratch. With use, all pans are going to get marks on the bottom. That just comes with the territory of cooking. If you have ever watched a true chef in the kitchen, you will notice the pans are marked up on the bottom and more so. What I especially like is that they are weighty without being heavy. They don't slide off the eyes of my stove. I do have pans that tend to slide around but this Pioneer Woman set, stays put. This set comes with a recipe pamphlet. Also there is care instructions included. The pans have nice lids and the handles are so nice on all the pans and lids as they prevent burning to the hands. I chose the red and they sure brighten up the kitchen. Very beautiful design. I have also made stew in the pot and the food came out wonderfully. Clean up really is a breeze. I have not experienced any chipping or dents or damage of any kind. The cast iron skillet is an added bonus. I do suggest them but I do stress reading the care instructions.

Read Care Instructions Before Use

I saw some of the negative reviews for this cookware so I was a little hesitant on writing my review but here goes. My first time using the cookware I cooked in the nonstick skillet. I have a gas stove so I put the skillet to the side, placed butter in it, then turned on the flame to medium. I moved the pan over and let my butter melt then I placed my sandwich of bread, bologna, and cheese in it. I used plastic silverware like you get when you take out from a restaurant. I cooked my sandwich removed it removed my pan from the heat added butter then placed a piece of bologna with cheese on top in it after I removed that I started again and cooked another sandwich just like the first. My pan was not scratched and none of my bread or bologna stuck to the pan. The pan didn't burn on the bottom or warp. I love the color of the cookware and the handle of the cookware. This is my honest review but this was my first time cooking with this and I'm not sure how it will hold up over time and after continued use but so far I really like this set.
