I would say yes it is. I use it mostly to carry 50 pound bags of dog food, and it handles that very easy. I am sure it can handle a lot more weight than that, and it rolls super easy. Hope this helps.

Sure. if you did it every day for a year it would surely wear the cart, but just for some regular weekend work it would be fine.

There are 4 screws that allow you to adjust the height to your liking. I only used the top 2 screws, because I wanted it at it's highest position and it seems to be very sturdy. It doesn't just go up and down.You do have to adjust screws to the height, but is very easy.

No the handle is fixed, but with wing nuts. I usually store it upside down on top of a garden storage seat I have.

The handle is adjustable and held in place by screws and wing nuts making it secure.

You have an option of the height you want the handle to be. Once you attach the handle it is stationary and won't move unless you want to adjust it. Then you loosen the wing nuts and screws and adjust the handle to whatever height will work for you.

Super easy to put together! I bought it to haul 40lb bags of water softener pellets to the crawl space and I can easily haul multiple bags over rocky, uneven ground!

Perfect for hauling heavy bags of water softener!

I use this for my exotic bird room clean up. It does take a very large trash bag to line it though. I have only found the contractor size bags (very expensive) to fit it properly. It rolls nicely and is short wheel based for short turning, very nice for my use.

The cart's capacity is rather small/low, maybe ≈35lbs.  But it is VERY useful for moving lightweight items around the house/patio.  Not for heavy duty around the yard.  Does not perform well moving large, heavy loads over uneven terrain, but for light-weight things on smooth surfaces, it's great.
