THE FRONT SLIDES OFF, THE REST CAN BE TWISTED OFF IF U WANT IT REMOVED.

You spin the tray around to where the cup holders are infront and you just grab front rim of tray n squeeze the lever underneath and slide that section right out. Makes it much easier to get bb in n out and when you want, the whole tray just slides off, its on a track, very ez!

you have to take the straps off through the bottom and pull them through the top :-)

Our 4.5 month old son loves this tray so much that we got rid of our bumbo's that had trays. We bought it because we were so frustrated with repeatedly picking up the toys our son had hit off the tray onto the floor. We are so happy with this purchase and so is our son. He loves the toys that are featured. We love that it grows with him and will eventually become a booster seat for him. Tried to score another one for the grandparents house on black Friday but our store didn't stock them :( And yes you do have to turn the tray for the child...it doesn't take that much effort and we prefer it that way as we have seen what happens to toys on highchairs and boosters when food is involved. this is so clever that you can spin the toys out of reach when snacking. Don't know why so many other people listed it as a negative. We would highly recommend this seat to anyone!!

Wonderful!! Traded in the bumbo!

We bought this seat for our 6 month old son and he loves it! He's a little over 20 pounds and the orange foam insert was a little tight around his thighs, we removed it and he loves sitting in it and playing.
It was all set up and ready to go within 5 minutes of opening the box.
It says not to put it in the bathtub, but since I never leave my sons side while he's in the tub I did anyway and it worked perfectly. It held him in place (while I kept one hand on him at all times) and he was able to splash and kick freely without floating away from me! It dried within seconds. I love this chair for many reasons!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great Multipurpose seat!

Around 3 1/2-4 months old, my daughter decided she did not want to lie down on her back or tummy to play anymore. We started working on sitting up on her own, but still wanting to play without wabbling all over, she'd get frustrated. I wasn't ready for her to be in a walker/bouncer & when we used a friend's bumbo her chubby little legs were awkwardly wedged in, so we looked around & decided to try this seat. We loved that it could double as a booster seat to strap to our dining table chairs & had an insert so she wouldn't be sliding around in the seat. I don't put her in it for long periods of time, but as a new mom whose husband works out of town for weeks at a time, sometimes I just need a few minutes to fold laundry or make dinner or just give my arms a break. She really loves it - sitting up to play, at the table or on the floor. She likes the attached toys, and I like that the tray keeps her other toys off the ground when she's in between playing/chewing on them. It's easily transported so we take it to grandma & grandpa's house for family dinners too. We've certainly got our money's worth already!

We had a "Bumbo" for our grandson. They're great for average size babies. However, our little one was well over 10 lbs. at birth and, now at 4 months old, is already 20 lbs. His chubby little thighs won't fit in a Bumbo. This 3-stage booster is perfect for him. He likes to sit and this helps him balance. The insert is cushioned just enough and his legs fit great. He's interested in the toys and loves the bright colors. We love that it will grow with him. It's great... especially for the price.

I bought this for my 3 month old son, he can't sit up on his own but loves sitting and being able to look around. I chose this over the Bumbo because my kid has some chunky legs and I wanted it to last, so far he will sit and just be a happy little guy! Definitely a good buy for the curious little one.

My baby loves it!

Here are the pros:
Has fun toys that you attach to the blue tray that goes around the seat (This way he keeps eating wo realizing that those are just distracting him from something he might not want. Although for some babies this might be too distracting and not eat at all. Luckily I'm not in that group).

The blue tray is removable.

Cons:
My baby has fat legs and he fits here kinda snug. Although he has always had fat legs I'm sure he would have fit better had I found and bought this when he was 6 months and not now that he's almost 10 months.

Lastly the front part of the tray slides off and on (to place child in seat) by pulling on a white bar underneath it which doesn't always go in or out smoothly.

Overall though good buy.

Pretty good product...

The seat is steady with a good base. I like that it has the foam insert so when your little one gets bigger you can take it out and they can still use it. My older son had a different one that his chubby legs could not fit into. The tray is nice but difficult to spin around. The part that comes off and on for you to put your child in the seat is a bit difficult but once you get past that It's a good buy.

I do like this product, I have had the bumbo seat for my son and like both this one has toys all around to play with here the bumbo does not. I can also remove the ring of toys and pull her up to other toys. I DONT LIKE that my older son can hurt my daught in it. He was turning the ring around for her to get to other toys on it and her hand got stuck and he continued to spin it and hurt her fingers and arm. So If you have old kids playing with the baby becareful and let them know they can hurt them.

Good seat please read review

I was disappointed in this item. After the tray is assembled, you have to spin it around the seat which entails both hands in action. It doesn't spin easily, you have to push quite hard to get it to rotate. Also, you have to hold the seat while turning the tray while also trying to keep the infant's hands/arms out of the way. Would have been nice if the toys that attach to the tray were more flexible where the little one could get them closer for play. Just not what I expected. :(

Not What it Looks Like

The concept is great but only 2 of the toys spin or will get your kids attention the seat is just awful as far as comfort goes . I m very disappointed... the tray is also a disappointment very hard to get on and off . I bought this for a 3 month old and it was too small.
