I liked that the phone was everything that my friend needs in a phone with no contract. I bought this as a birthday gift and I am very pleased.

I actually love everything about this phone I just saw it and just know I heard I heard Apple iPhones in China are only $10 so I just had to say you know what let's try this one for 30$

It's a decent phone and you'd think it was way more expensive than the cheap phone it is. The only issues we have is that it's difficult to do certain tasks.

I'd recommend this phone

I got this phone for myself so i could have service to get to and from work because my work no longer has free wifi. I immediately opened it and tried to put service on it, but it said there was a problem with the phone. So I called and they said that it wasnt scanned properly at the store so i had to go back to get it rescanned the main part that gets me abt this is that i paid extra for same day delivery to my house as i cant drive. so then i went to walmart support and they ended up telling me that everything was fine on their end and i just had to call to get it fixed, i called again and they still said i had to rescan it. Nothing's wring with the phone, i gave this two stars bc im being told i have to rescan the phone and am having difficulty getting to work because of it, all because it wasn't scanned properly before it was delivered. super stressful.

the phone works fine but..

I ordered for my homeless son. I got a message saying out of stock after I had been charged. I CALLED ELECTRONICS AND HE HAD 3 INSTOCK :(. Anyway, me calling and wanting them to make it right just led into me having to call an 1800 number to get a refund because without my permission the person shipped it anyways :(.

i cannot activate my phone because you didn't scan it and or give me a receipt

Well i purchased this phone online anc they had it ready for pickup and when i got it home and tried to activate it ,it wouldnt because it was not scanned properly and i dont have a car so it took me a few days to get a ride to take it back  and when i took it back ,customer service treated me like crap and this makes the second phone i have purchased online and same problem and my first phone thst i payed $60 for ,they wont even take back

Not Happy

about this phone ever since I got it it's been nothing but problems they say that I can return it the receipt says it I have the receipt with it unopened go to return it no can't return it but the gift cards in it cuz I'm stuck with it all the gift cards get wiped out it's like this two phones or something and when I did get the phone picked it up someone picked it up for me it had to show two separate receipts on it like there was another one hooked to it nothing but problems brand new I've advised to go somewhere else besides straight talk or Walmart
