Walmart.com usually notifies within 30 minutes via email, though I have seen it take several hours either because of internet issues or high volume times.

The phone got a text that shows it expires on September 23, and it should be 30 days from today.  October 14, 2023

Immediate RUSH

I have had my phone number for 21 years and used Straight Talk for 7 years. About 3 weeks ago I found out they had locked my phone and I have not been able to get or send calls even though I have been paid up through tonight (4/22/24). 
I have not been able to remember or find my PIN number so they will not speak to me regarding my account at all EVEN THOUGH I have given them the SIM number and the serial number. 

Since they would not talk to me about my account I thought I had forgotten to renew my service SO I bought a new card. But that is not the reason they locked my account and now I can't get a refund for the card I purchased. 
I have spoken to the manager during many conversations over the last 3 weeks but he can not help get this resolved! What is going on???
I think the only thing I can do is go to another company and get a new phone number after 21 years! I am a senior citizen and feel that I have no recourse. 

So please be careful if you are going to give your hard earned money to a company that is not willing to give you the respect you deserve for purchasing their product rather than someone else's.

Don't use Straight Talk!

I have placed an order for Straight Talk refill three times just to be canceled five minutes later every time. First off all, when I tried to login today it wanted to send a code to my previous phone number, which I no longer have. It didn't give a choice to send to my email or any other way to log in. I called customer service to see if they could update my new number in my account, he told me there's no way for them to update it due to security. Then he told me I would have to create a new account because I no longer have that phone number! I've never heard of anyone not being able to just simply change the phone number in the account profile. So, I create a new account with my new phone number and different email address. I add my debit card and a $50 Walmart gift card to the wallet and place my order for the Straight talk refill. I received email confirmation that the order was successful with the confirmation number. Perfect! Well, three minutes later I receive a text saying the order has been canceled due to unusual account activity. Hmm, ok,  so I go to my email and open the new canceled order message, it says it was flagged by the credit and fraud team. There's absolutely no reason for my account to be flagged for anything. I had the $50 Walmart Gift Card and my debit card with enough money on it to cover the total that was only 48 cents that was left over after using the $50 gift card on the order total $50.48. Both payments went through and order was confirmed, I even checked the debit card activity and shows the payment then the credit back a couple minutes later. I checked everything made sure I had all my information entered correctly everywhere and I noticed I hadn't verified my email address. So I clicked to verify it and successfully verified. Then I placed the same order but I changed it to send me a code via email to refill my phone instead of the previous order of a different method to refill it, just to make sure that wasn't the cause of the cancelation. The order was successful and again got a new confirmation number. Three minutes later I get the same text and email and payment was refunded...again. I tried one more time but the same thing happened. Sorry for ranting, I'm just so frustrated because there is no reason it should be flagging my account for credit fraud team to cancel my order.

I bought an online card with an E pin to up my son's phone service, and the e-pen sent was faulty and invalid and instead of Walmart sending me a new one I had to go to my bank and cancel. I don't have time for this. I was fighting this for hours online. they simply would not send a new one. I'll never do that again. They have lost me as a customer.

I bought a card to put minutes on my phone. Walmart kept telling me it was pending then I finally got an email about the order hours later but I was not
able to get the pin. I chatted and they told me to call but I could not talk to a live person. Then while I was in the process of paying for more minutes. Then I got a chat link to go to a place and enter email zip code and order number then when I clicked done the order came up with the pin number. 
why couldn't Walmart just send me the link the chat person gave me so I could see my pin. Now I can not get my money back and I just spent double for minutes I could not afford it. I Can't buy my groceries for this week.

Frustrated order delay and inadequate email

I bought a 30 day phone plan and received a message saying “thank you for adding airtime. Your service end date is: 9/10/23, which is tomorrow.

This is a rip off.
