Sterilite 18 Gallon Tote Box- Recycled- Black (Available in Case of 8 or Single Unit)

I had ordered the eight black containers over the weekend and upon receiving them, we noticed that two out of the eight were broken, one of which was shattered completely. And one lid was broken a little too. The box looked as if it had been returned previously and sent out again so it wasn't really usable, it had no inner packaging and it was all taped up. We waited till after the weekend was over to call and ask about how we'd go about returning the broken containers and receive new containers, especially since the box was technically useless. The man we had spoken to over the phone (his name was Carlos) is sending me eight more containers free of charge! He's even making sure there's full packaging in the delivery boxes so no more become damaged during travel and they're sending it in overnight shipping all free of charge! He went out of his way completely to help us out. I'm extremely excited since we we're wanting to order some more anyways, because these are really good containers and great for storage. I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation and am extremely grateful for Walmart's generosity. Will definitely be doing business again!
