Yes  a sturdy bottom of the same composition as the rest of the Crabbie. I use sand in mine but friend has made id a play pool for their two year old.

The bottom and top are each one piece molded plastic. Bottom is completely sealed, and there are two corner seats.

This sand box has a box and with the top on it keeps water and wind and animals from getting into it.

Bought this a year ago for my 1 year old. He’s 2 1/2 and still plays in it. It’s held up well in the desert heat. No cracks or fading. We used four 50 lb sand bags from the hardware store.
