These are standard vitamin D pills. Semi-translucent in nature. They are small and easy to swallow. I'm sure if you can't swallow you could bite the pill and drink the liquid inside of it. Overall I felt these were a great value knowing that most vitamins come from the same few factories across the world and that the higher priced brands most likely came from the same or a similar factory. I would recommend them.

Good quality and price

My son is 10 and he has insomnia he has never eeally slept. Meaning when he sleeps he does not rest these have helped him so much.  Hes like a totally different kid in a good way.

I prefer Spring Valley products. I look for them when shopping for vitamins and supplements. I feel that they are good and consistent quality and a that I get my money's worth when I choose them.

Dr. recommended . I try to get my 15 minutes of sunshine every day,sometimes hard in Rainy weather.  You can't replace nature but this supplement helps.

I don't know who is delivering my package,s but they are not delivering my orders to the right place. They are delivering them on my front porch, I have tape across the front steps. So no one will cross. But only Walmart delivers to the front porch. It's unbelievable how many people will step over the tape to get to the front door. I have holes all in the deck, but nobody seems to care.

Still have not opened the bottle, but it came with part of the label torn off. The part torn off is where the expiration date is printed. Although it has the seal still on, because it does not have the expiration date, it makes the product a bit questionable. Hopefully, its just a case of it was torn off by mistake and not torn off on purpose.

Order was delayed for several days which caused me to not have the item to take with my normal meds.
Part of that is my fault, for running low on the supply, but I wasn't expecting a delay of nearly a week for the delivery

This product upon opening the lid, has a very bad plastic, fish-like odor to it. I called the number on the bottle and they said to return it. Some of Spring Valley products have undergone formula changes. It never had an odor like this before. I bought another bottle to see if it was any better, but it wasn't. I won't buy it again.
