The number of tablets taken is based on age. There are no recommended daily allowances or recommended nutritional information for Biotin.

I love this product and have used it for years to help with my hair, skin and nails. It is the only one I can find that also has Keratin! So, don't let the title fool you. I have always been able to purchase this in the store then all of a sudden it is no longer available and I have to resort to ordering on-line and paying shipping! I am so sick of this racket! Great for hair

I have been using these pills for awhile now and they work great. I swear these pills will grow your hair and nails and keep your skin clear. I also used vitamin c with these pills too. My hair grows fast, my hair is getting longer. My hair haven't been this long since high school days. I am now 44. At this age women my age are losing their hair and my hair is growing out long. Of course I do use other stuff like hair oils and keep my hair clean and in protective styles. But these pills have a lot to do with my hair growing, and I have no breakage. If anyone don't matte what your race is these pills will grow your hair and keep it healthy too.

The best hair pills ever.

My nails are terrible - thin, brittle and they peel and fray easily. I've been taking this for several months as part of a program to improve them - including vitamin E oil rubbed in at night and gelatin tablets, and it seems to be working, my nails are longer and smoother than they have ever been. My hair is also breaking off less, yea! This brand is middle of the road for price, but good value. The tablets are well made and don't turn to dust before you finish the bottle, and I've had no issues from the filler used to make the tablets - no taste issues or stomach issues.

I ordered two bottles of these tablets.  On both bottles the expiration dates were torn off.  The rest of the labels on both bottles were intact.  Was I sold expired vitamins?  Removing expiration dates is neither safe nor ethical.
