Perfect Lil'Smoker or Starter Smoker
I've been BBQ'ing since i was 15, but wanted to try a smoker for a long time. I got a hold of this smoker and it's been good. Simple, easy to use ( i never read the manual).. I would recommend nt to use it in the garage as you'll be smelling the smoke flavor for a few days in your garage and into your house. Likes: Easy to use Temp Gauge Dial on Electrical burner 3 Shelves for room (Sausage, small brisket (1-5lbs), Wings, etc). It's not a big smoker to do a 20lbs Ham or Turkey (size). Price Dislike: I built it fast so the door doesn't seal that good (I was in a rush to get it up and cooking) so i use duct take on the top and side to insure the door closes all the way. Not a supplier fault, my fault (Reason for 5 star review). For anyone looking to get into smoking and try it out, can't go wrong with this lil'box!!

Easy smoker to use, hardly any set-up and I love it. The manual says do not put on patio or garages but I don't have any where else so I went to Home Depot and got .89 tiles and put underneath just in case something did come out. Everything stays inside though.

Great accessibility to cooking racks.... This smoker delivers a light smoke and consistent temps.. You truly can "set and forget it" for hours. (Water pan does such a good job at keeping meat from drying.....I no longer brine poultry... I just use a dry rub) Extremely easy way to cook.....wish I'd discovered one of these things years ago.
