This Sertapedic bed pillow not only looks high quality out of the pillowcase, it feels high quality when you lay your head on it. It is very full so if you like a thicker pillow, than this will put a smile on your face. The material looks like it will last ten lifetimes. This is a very high quality pillow.

high end quality for your high end head

I'm happy with these! They came in super fast, packaged well and are the right level of fluff for my husband and I! They aren't firm by no means but are squishy and still give your head support.

Really nice!

I've been using this Sertapedic Charcool pillow for a few weeks. I've been struggling for a while to find a new pillow that will support my head and neck comfortably. This pillow is very full, but it's full of soft stuffing that is not hard or uncomfortable. It is close to being too thick and I kind of have to smash it and move the stuffing around to help my neck get comfortable. I am more of a side sleeper and that's when I have the hardest time. When I sleep on my back it is perfectly comfortable. I do wish there was access to the stuffing so you could add and remove, but alas you just get what you get. This most recent week I have been able to sleep well and my head and neck have been comfortable and pain free. My head doesn't smash down a pillow like my husband's head does, so some folks might be able to break it in fairly quickly. The cooling feature of this pillow seems pretty legit. I can even feel the coolness with my hand. I do have a lot of long, thick hair so the coolness is not quite as noticeable for me as it would be for a short haired person. Overall this pillow has been a lot better than several others I have recently tried. There are some awful, thick, hard, and hot pillows out there that will totally jack your neck up (memory foam), but this pillow is a keeper. Although it came very full and thick, it is soft and overall very comfortable and I've been sleeping perfectly recently.

Soft, full, cool pillow.

This pillow is sooo comfortable and does keep me cool. I sleep with a satin bonnet on and it will generates heat. I've noticed there is a difference in temp. I tried it both ways with and without my bonnet on. It wash and drys very well.

Comfy and cool

I love this Sertapedic Charcool Bed Pillow. I use it underneath my knees (on my back) and between my legs (while on my side) at night. It has a cool, soft, squishy texture while being able to hold it's shape through the night. I've also used it as a pillow for my head and it felt very cushiony. I have hip arthritis and this pillow makes me loads more comfortable while sleeping at night. I also love the lighter weight which makes it easy to move around with it while I sleep.

Excellent cooling pillow

After receiving my Sertapedic Charcool Pillow, I was first concerned as the box was ripped open and torn apart; but luckily the company had it wrapped well and the pillow was in perfect shape. The pillow is very thick and firm.  I slept on the pillow for half a night, but due to neck pain due to a broken neck and three neck surgeries, it was unfortunately just to thick for me. I really enjoyed the way the pillow feels itself, and would recommend for people without a neck problem.  I loved it at first but just couldn't use it due to my pain. I would recommend buying if you like full and firm throughout the night.

Stays very full and firm throughout night

5 stars for keeping me comfortable at night. I am a neck, side sleeper and this pillow held up. No flattening  during sleep. Fabric looks beautiful but No cooling effects. It is not a firm pillow but it stays up.

Sertapedic Charcool Bed Pillow

This pillow is a must have! We have been telling everyone how great it is. Perfect amount of firmness and soft without the extremes. Very good quality and value. It's the perfect pillow. Very happy with it!

Love!

This pillow isn't too bad. I haven't really noticed any of the charcoal benefits that it's supposed to provide but it is nice and fluffy and so far, keeps it's shape. It's a good size length wise also.

Not too bad

This came with one pillow that was not compressed but already full sized, which is probably about queen sized. It is not super thick but about medium, which should be fine for side sleepers and back sleepers alike. It does sink down when you put pressure on it, so I'd say medium-soft. It has a slight charcoal scent to it. Feels cool.

Smells a bit charcoal like.

This pillow from Sertapedia is a nice pillow, however it feels too bouncy to me. So I'm not a fan of  this pillow. My husband loves it. He says its very comfortable and cool to him and that he sleeps well using it. I do like how full this pillow is. Its very soft. The design is also quite pretty. So pretty that you almost don't need a case over it. I think this pillow is well made and I love that its machine washable. Check it out.
