I put the Steltho rubber wheels on mine so it may add 1/4" but at the highest while sitting in the chair is 21".

very nice chair, easy installation. super comfy! i cant believe how i spent $89 on this chair and its much more comfortable than the $200 chairs lol. took me about 10 minutes to build it, by myself.

good deal for such a nice chair

I work 10hr 6 days a wk. Needed a more supportive, chair for work had a basic Amazon leather chair with not enough cushion....so when i seen it on walmart i was bit skeptical since its a SERTA....cant beat the price... overall its a pretty decent chair . more back support for posture... even got a footwarmer/ heat massager) to match the comfort...

More cushion for your tushion

I'd recommend this chair. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. Very cushiony with padded arms. Everything works properly.  It does squeak and one of the parts were broken but in a place that is not noticeable, didn't compromise the chair nor impact performance. I got it on sale at a great price. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Serta Certified Comfort

It's a great chair for the price point. A Shaq executive chair is by far way more comfortable but it's $500. If you're looking for affordable price point and a comfortable chair. I highly recommend this. However…I'd advise, you check all parts before assembly. A part of our chair came in broken. However I had already began assembling and it was the cover for the cylinder. So I really didn't bother to make a big fuss.

The Chair is wonderful, very comfortable, easy to assemble with clear instructions, excellent value.  The only problem we had was with delivery, it came FedEx Ground and the delivery Lady did not leave it on the porch, she left it downstairs by my garage door in the pouring rain and did not even ring my doorbell.  If I hadn't gotten a notice from my security system it would have been ruined.
