The audio is pretty good for as thin of a television it is. For most family uses and home uses, the speakers will provide enough volume and audio for most situations.

If you watch a lot of movies and want some extra "oomph" from the speakers, you might consider a soundbar or Home Theater system - which you can add at any time.
