I was a bit skeptical ordering these bar stools because the price. Let me say I think they are sturdy, have a nice finish and do the job they are supposed to do. Great quality and easy assembly! Definitely worth more than $30 each.

I have a friend who has some of these chairs from a furniture store and she spent around $60 a chair. You honestly could not tell the difference from my chairs and hers. She was sick to her stomach when I told her the price. The chairs work perfect as bar stools(what I use them for) and they also look great! The only complaint I have is the knobs that cover the screw holes tend to fall out easily.

Picked up two of these stools at Wal-Mart site to store. Pretty easy to assemble. Like how the stools seem to be sturdy. Excellent price. No complaints.

This website stated the stool was available online and at Wal-Mart stores. I bought 4 stools from the store and loved the quality. So I then bought 36 more stools online, but the quality of these stools were absolute garbage. Same photo, same product #, same price, but two different qualities. The good stools have two rungs per side, use dowels, glue, and screws, and came in a white box. The bad stools have just one side rung, are held together solely by screws, and came in a brown box. • A. You can tighten where the legs fasten to the base. But once you put in the end caps in the foot stands, you will have to get a screwdriver and put a piece of cardboard over the endcap and try to tap it out. If you can't get it out, you can't get to the screw to tighten it. One option would be to just not put the endcaps on.

    • A. The stools are all screwed together. Removing the wooden plugs would allow you to get access to the screws on the legs. Beneath the seat are the main screws that tie the legs to the seat. Should be easy to adjust and tighten.

    • A. I put the allen wrench in a zip loc bag and taped it to the bottom of the stool. If the need to tighten the screws I will take a pair of pliers and remove the wooden button from over the screw and use the allen wrench to tighten the screws.
