    Customer Product Reviews

    Rated 3.7 out of 5★ by 288reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Good bike for a great price I picked this bike up to supplement my running program. It works perfectly for me; 2-3 days a week riding, mostly paved road usage with some light grave/dirt roads and trails thrown in for variety. The seat is uncomfortable and the shifters aren't user friendly. Tires seem a bit cheap but they hold air. I'll replace the seat in a few weeks and I'll deal with the shifters. For $80 out the door, its a steal. You'd be hard pressed to find a decent, functional bike for this price at a pawn shop or second hand store. The money you save can go towards a nice seat, bottleholder or whatever. This isn't a trail-rated bike and you aren't doing it or yourself any favors by thinking it is. Some reviewers claim it can handle hard riding, others say no. I have had no problems so far but I'm not beating the snot out of it. When and if I do have a breakdown, I'll fix it.Don't forget to pull all those stupid warning stickers off! 07/22/2014
Rated 3 out of 5★ by Fair price for a cheap bike I don't exepect a great performance or comfort level from this bike when it is less than $100. I would probably replace the seat as it is very uncomfortable. It is very easy for the chain to fall off if it is on the last gear (6) so I just keep it at 5th gear. That being said, you get what you paid for so it is an acceptable bike to me given I only use to commute to and from T station (about 5-6 miles round trip). 04/21/2014
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Ended in the ER We only owned the like 48 hours before the chain snapped and broke. This caused my husband to slam his knee into the center bad and caused a 2 1/2 inch slice. We ended up in the ER for 4 1/2 hours and 9 stitches. Would NEVER reccommend this bike!!! 04/28/2014
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great Bike For The Money! For What This Bike Cost I was Amazed At How Good This Product Is!! 03/29/2014
Rated 3 out of 5★ by Good general purpose bike. You cant beat the price for what you get...seat is a little bit to hard...I would recommend a gel-seat cover available at Walmart under $10.00. 04/09/2014
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Nice bike for the price. I just got it today. Had a lot of trouble setting it up, mostly in the front wheel and the braking system. It's the first time I've tried to build a bike though, and I'm not the most handy with a tool-belt, so that could probably also be why. I rode it around for a bit. It took rough pavement like a boss, but I think (and this also could be blamed with my assembly) the brakes were a bit sluggish, in that it would take a little bit from when I pulled them to when I actually stopped. I re-looked over the bike a few minutes ago and changed a few things around, but I haven't tested it yet, so we'll see how that goes. I don't understand the gears, and this might be that I've never used a mountain bike, but the gears tend to just fail. I'm having trouble thinking of just how to describe them, but understand they're not great, you're best off not getting fancy with them. Overall it's nice if you don't want to spend too much money, but understand there are way better bikes you can get if money's not the problem. 06/13/2014
Rated 4 out of 5★ by good bike Nice easy to put together. I like it 03/23/2014
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Outstanding Value My kids bought me this bike for fathers day to get off my ample backside and get some exercise. Since they don't have a ton of money, price was an issue. I am very surprised at how little they paid for this bike. With a few basic tools, set up was easy right out of the box - everything was there and packed very well. The owners manual was clear and it was just a few steps to put it together. I was riding it within half an hour of taking it out of the box. If you follow the provided instructions in the owners manual, you won't have a problem putting this bike together. The brakes were perfectly set and required no adjustment and, if you follow the instructions for putting on the front wheel, you won't have a problem with it like others may have had in these reviews. I've been riding this bike 5 miles per day since I received it and I am impressed. I had to adjust the handlebars a few times to get them to my liking, but that's a matter of personal preference, not a problem with the bike. The bike rides well and shifts well - no issues. I am 6' 1" tall and weigh 275 pounds - not exactly a lightweight so trust me when I say that the seat absolutely needs to be replaced; it is difficult to ride the bike with the seat that comes with it even if you're not a jumbo like me. If you buy this bike, absolutely plan to replace the seat. With my new seat, it is awesome. The front suspension is awesome also. I predominantly ride on paved & unpaved roads which is the perfect use for this bike and the front suspension makes for a much smoother ride than it otherwise would be. I'm very happy with this bike and would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent quality, low priced bicycle. 06/22/2014
