Yes I go out to the local race track with the same type of seating and it works great out there

Yes, it has straps that would work well for benches, bleachers, and picnic tables.

We bought one of these chairs 4 years ago and at that time the straps went around just the seat of the chair. One strap went around front to back and another strap went around the sides of the chair, making a + if you look under the adult chair it is strapped to. Now they have redesigned the straps so one set goes around the sides of the adult seat and the other set goes around the back of the adult seat. So as is you would not be able to strap it to a bench seat.

However, I do think that if you made your own straps (probably 2 straps) you could securely attached it to a bench type seat. I haven't tried it yet, but I intend to do that very thing with our seat.

Yes it would I am currently using it exclusively for bench seating, with a back is a must becuase it is not teathered down as you see in the pictures so have to keep an eye out but has rubber feet to stop from slipping too much.

Yes very easy to use at just about any location, also folds up easily and lightweight.

The chair can stand on its own, without a chair back, but the safety strap goes the wrong way to strap it in place. If you use something else to strap it down, then I think it would work fine on bench seating.

No, it does not adjust in height.

***Also, if you have a chunky baby or toddler the straps in between the legs are very short and may be an issue. I can sew. So I cut the strap and added a piece to make it longer and more comfortable for my child.

No. Good question, though. I had this question before purchase but I am still glad that I bought this chair. As stated, we use it for an 18-month old and this seat will last up to school age. In the old days, my parents would stack old phone books in a pinch to boost small children -- This chair fits the bill perfectly.

I think it would depend on the sturdiness and size of the toddler chair. This folding chair itself is not very heavy but in my opinion/experience it really needs a normal adult sized seat to support the legs/framework of the chair bottom.

I don't see why not. I, personally, strap it to our dining chairs and it works well for that. My grandaughter also has a toddler table and chair set and she DOES NOT NEED THIS chair to sit in that toddler chair. why would she? It's intended for a child to sit at an ADULT table (like a booster chair at a restaurant), except that it's foldable and portable...nice features if you don't want it around all the time.

There are straps that run front to back and left to right that are adjustable. It is probably a foot and a half (roughly) in width and length...hope this helps

This seat is just AMAZING. When packed up its hardly bigger than the size of an umbrella, so easy for travel use! Using it is easy and clean up is a breeze with the cover being removable. My boy is 15 months and though its recommended for a higher age bracket, it works perfect fot him.  The only negative is that straps are a bit of work to adjust, but no biggie.

It's so Awesome, I would have paid more!

My 21/2 year old not only uses it to eat at the table, but he also likes to use it to watch movies!!!! He loves it!!!

These are the 3rd. and 4th. chair I purchase. The first one has already 6 years and is like new. It saves space, it is practical, comfortable and kids love them! My friends and sisters are thrilled because they use it as the primary eating chair and they can transport it with no problems at all. So, they always have an eating chair no matter what, I recommend and ould buy it again to every friend that has a baby!

My 1 yr old fit great. Buckles are a little short in front but still was able to be fully strapped in. Safety straps are big enough for indoor and outdoor chairs. Bought as a traveling high chair and would do it again. When my daughter doesn't fit in the straps she'll still be able to use the chair as a lawn chair. Overall great purchase.

Folds for easy storage. Pretty simple to use but cleaning is not as easy as advertised. Would still buy it again.
