I think I received a new product. This does not appear to be a refurbished product. Very satisfied. However, the battery was delivered uncharged.

Works Wonders

Wow!!! Received my LG vacuum I purchased at Walmart and at first I was a little disappointed as I received a notification that it'll be delayed! Man Walmart came through tho!!! I got my product as they stated 🤙 way to go Walmart! As for the LG vacuum man it does the job and I'm not just saying this, but the suction is pretty good for a refurbish product! Its in good condition and I'm pretty happy with it!

I just received the LG A916BM cordless vacuum. The list price was 599.00 but was on sale for 179.00 ( refurbished ). I have always purchased items that are new, but at this price and a 90 day return policy, I wanted to try it. 
   Wow was I shocked!! It arrived as a new item would be sold. Everything was wrapped in (looked like to me) original packaging. If this is a refurbished item why would you ever buy it new. It looked brand new. 
  I assembled everything in just a few minutes waiting on the Ga - TCU game, go dawgs 65-7!! My review is based solely on receiving the LG vacuum and the 1st vacuuming of our house. After a couple of months I'll update my review. 
  OK here it is WOW, I have never been more pleased with a vacuum before. It is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. We have rugs, carpet, and hardwood flooring in our house and it works great on all types of floors. We have never owned a cordless vacuum, and God willing I won't ever again.  Do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for a cordless vacuum PLEASE give this LG a try. You won't be sorry. At 179.00 it is the steal of a lifetime. God Bless

So the question is would I buy it at full price? No, never! But this is the best vacuum I have ever used! I sucks!(haha) I used on the high setting so the battery ran down FAST! But luckily there's a second battery. So I was able to vacuum my 1,100 sqft carpeted apartment using both batteries before they fully ran out. I vacuumed once a week or as needed before and never had to empty the tank on my old shark vacuum until usually the 2nd or 3rd week. I definitely HAD to empty the tank on this one when I was finished. I think that is due to both the fact that it's smaller, but also that the vacuum sucked up a crap ton of stuff my shark has probably been missing. So 10/10 would recommend.
