Excellent furniture

This is my hearts desire. I waited many years to purchase one, and I can say without a doubt this is perfection! Five draws that work beautifully and has lots of room. The beveled mirror is wonderful. The description did not mention it was beveled - what a plus. Great tapestry stool - lots of stuffing. It looks quite elegant - very feminine. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!

Your so vain

Beautiful piece of furniture! I never thought I could get such a beautiful, high quality piece of furniture from Walmart. While doing my on line research I found this vanity table on other sites for much more money. I checked out Walmart on a whim and was shocked to see the price difference, Walmart $549.00 other sites $699.00 & $899.00 for the SAME piece. It was delivered to my home in 3 days @ a cost of $2.97. I could have gotten free shipping but it would have been 7 to 10 days.
The other sites had steep delivery charges.

The vanity is beautiful, the color is dark cherry, with a satin finish. Both the color and finish are even and the inside of the drawers are also finished. The legs are carved beautifully and really make the piece, the covering on the stool is very elegant. The mirror has beveled edges which adds to the elegant look. This was easy to put together; the three piece mirror attaches to the base very well and is very strong, no chance of it coming loose.

From now on I will ALWAYS check out Walmart when looking for something.

This vanity if beautiful in person ... I was pleased to see the quality for such a great price and it was a breeze to put put together. We have searched for a long time for the right color and size vanity to fit a space and this one was perfect.very pleased with this purchase. The vanity is comfortable and the size gives you plenty of room to lay everything out.

Beautiful vanity at a great price

Purchased this item as an anniversary gift. It's well made, putting it together is very easy. BUT the Bolts (HARDWARE) didn't come with it. The instruction listed all the hardware sizes, so I made a trip to the hardware store for bolts to attach the mirror. The Vanity legs have studded screws in them so you just screw them into the base. That was a quick out the box and setup. My Wife is happy she could use it right away. My wife is not using the stool, she prefers a higher chair. Good thing the legs came with screw studs inserted into them or I would have been very upset. I called the manufacture as they informed me they would send me the correct hardware when it come in in a few weeks? Yea the hardware is on back order (IMAGINE THAT). For the price of this item I am ok with the missing hardware, the mirror has a special slid lock clamp which is proprietary. It locks the mirror wings into a selected position. So that's really all I need from the manufacture. The Stool and mirror needs the bolts, since we are not using the stool and I got the same type of bolts to secure the mirror from the hardware store we are not angry! lol

I love this vanity

The product looks nice and seems sturdy. However I'm disgusted with Powell Furniture. I've been dealing with them for 5 months to get a part (the right mirror segment was broken). I keep getting the run around from their parts department about the order was misplaced, it;s coming in 2 months, blah blah.
Never again will I buy a Powell product. What a waste.

Still waiting on part 5 months later
