Recumbent bike

I purchased this based on the direction of my surgeon who wanted me to get a recumbent bike and start using it daily for one month prior to surgery. Of course I will need it for rehab. Purchased this particular bike because it is heavy duty enough to allow my much bigger son to use as well. This is a sturdy bike that has a seat the moves up and down and forward and back. It is super easy to use and has a timer as well as speed and distance tracker. It also keeps track of your pulse via a sensor in each handle. LOVE this bike. Also has a shelf to place an iPhone or iPad on while you work out.

Recumbent Exercise Bike

The assembly was easier that I thought.  The Utube video and the instructions manual for the PooBoo Recumbent Bike were very helpful. It is very quiet and the display is in large letters helps you to know how you're doing.  It is a quality product that I would recommend for anyone for the price.

Great stationary bike I have a neuroma in my left foot and a bad right foot so it's great exercise without a lot of pressure on my feet I do about 2 miles a day on the bike so far it has been great exercise it helps your metabolism to speed up you can start slow then build up to do more speed
