You can use them on either foot. No difference.

A product like this is not going to actually straighten your toe. It will hold it in place just like any light brace would do but after you stop using it your toe is going to revert to it's natural state especially if your an adult.

I wear mine while am working. You should use it everyday but do not wear it while you sleep. Make sure you read all the directions.

How long does it take to straighten a toe ?

the band is adjustable for the thickness of the toe. I tried it and did not like it. I bought the sponge and the gel. The sponge is esay to place between the toes. The gel works great but sticks to the inside of your socks.

I am so thankful that I could find the Pedifix Toe Straighteners and begin my healing. My physical therapist suggested I get these due to toe surgery. They arrived super fast and are exactly what I needed to correct my hammer toes.

After using this product for only a week, I am pleased with the result. My second toe was not straight and actually was starting to bend over the top of my big toe. Wearing this toe straightener is comfortable and definitely is acting to correct the problem.

Product works well for straightening my second toe

This is the best I can find for my hammer toes. At least I can wear sandals and my toes look somewhat normal. They also help a lot when wearing regular shoes. They keep the hammer toes flat so they don't rub on the shoe.
