They delivered 4 boxes of printer paper, the guy pulls up on my driveway and stacks the boxes and takes off, one box was sliced on one side cutting through all the paper! They need to pay more attention, Walmart brand paper why would they even send it like that?

Disappointed!

Walmart Shipping Dept placed a very heavy 10-ream case of paper inside a much larger medium-strength box, through in a short length of kraft paper for a "show" of padding. Pic shows arrival with box top and bottom completely broken open. Amazon would NEVER ship this way!

Totally INCOMPETENT shipping.

The case of paper did not come in a case carton but rather as ten individual reams in a made up cardboard box with some of the ream wrappers torn and stuck to the bottom of the box. The ends of many of the paper in the reams was bent over. I have pictures of this whole mess if you'd like to see them.

Accurate

One star because packaging was horrible.  Fed Ex left it out in the rainy weather, as well, so the paper was damp. I did get a refund. Walmart needs to make sure packaging is better.

The box did not have the plastic security strap and the lid was torn.  I looked inside and it seemed okay.  When I was unloading the reams: several were upside down; there was sand on the reams, several layers down; the paper wrappers had come unsealed, as soon as a ream was picked up the wrapper was very loose.  This was a store pick up order.

Damaged Copy Paper

NOT NOT ORDER THIS PAPER!!   Look at the picture of how it arrived through Fed Ex.  It looked like it had been through a tornado.  It traveled Fed Ex from Kansas to Florida and that's how 6 Boxes arrived.   Not in its original boxes and all torn up that I'm sure it wouldn't run through a copier now! Terrible!!!!!  Gave it one star just because you had to give it something to submit your comment.

Don't order for delivery!

Junk paper for coloring on maybe.... not for copiers. JUNK JUNK JUNK. They shipped it so terribly that most of the paper is unusable due to being ruined and edges bent, folded jamming up the machine.  Also, the paper quality is poor.  You get what you pay for I guess.  Next time, Staples Advantage it is!  Did I say the quality was poor?

Should have known better.

I ordered 3 cases. One of them arrived in a brown box with a label that read relabeled by FedEx. I know it's not WM fault but wanted to share the conditions of it.

Damaged during shipment

I liked the ease of ordering online and having my office supplies delivered to my door. Unfortunately, some orders, like this one, are being delivered to a different suite %23. This is starting to get aggravating. As of date, no other suite has my copy paper.  I do not know where the picture below was taken, but this is not my office.
