The one I bought has no the pop-up trimmer but the manual shows another series is with the trimmer.

Yes. I have tried it in the shower. But go to Wal-Mart and buy the Gillette Lady's Satin Care Sensitive Skin Shave Gel.
I have tried it, and this little razor works all over your body, everywhere. It is recommended that just a very thin, light layer of gel foam, however, is Best. You want to avoid overloading the screen and blade. You may have to stop once or more, and clean it out, under the shower water..

Probably not good for taking off fully grown hair, but I don't see why it wouldn't do well to maintain already shaved armpits.

Haven't tried it but it won't really cut anything but really short stubble, so probably not.

This shaver is for stubble only. It will not handle hair. If you trim it down with a trimmer, then you can get close with the Pans. shaver. :)

I have very fine hairs on my neck, and no, it seems to miss several of them. Just can't catch them to cut I guess.

Yes it would. But the head of razor called foil type has small holes that does not allow long hair to protrude through to the cutting head. Rotary type razors have slots looks like they might shave long hair. But if you shave often enough this razor should work.

No the product is only good for shaving on the face.

Yes, but I wouldn't completely immerse the razor in water. I would just put the immediate blade area under a running faucet, with the razor in the off position (not running). However, using the accompanying small brush easily cleans away accumulated shaved hair.

I did use this shaver wet with shaving soap and rinsed it uder the faucet. I have not used it in the shower

I'm not sure as I was afraid to try it. I just use the included brush every few days. No problems in the last 6 months or so.

Enclosed user's instructions say so. Apparently with liquid soap.

They said to just put a dab of liquid soap on the cutter part,
turn it on & run-it under the faucet - and YOU'RE DONE !!

Directions which appear on an insert with the shaver show cleaning the blade by applying dish soap, running the shaver to lather, and then rinsing the whole thing. I have not tried this.

Great shave for a battery operated shaver, and exceptional battery life.  I have owned this model for about 5 years. The other was working well, however I tore the foil that covers the cutting head.  It would have cost more than the original cost of the shaver to buy just the replacement foil.

Amazing quality for something at this price point

This my second one purchased. I'll save it for when the one I purchased 6 months ago. It has been the BEST shaver I have oned in the last 50 years. Simpy put-BUY IT. It still marches on with my original batteries I put in it as well.

Better than my 70 dollar Panasonic!

I have purchased other inexpensive electric shavers in the past and have been generally disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when I first used this electric shaver. I have a relatively light beard with fine hair so I am not sure how this razor would perform on a heavy, course beard. I also can't vouch for its durability since I just recently purchased it, but for the price this is a great bargain.

Great Value for the Price!

This shaver was a replacement for another common brand of similar design which was frequently falling apart and quite unreliable. It is much sturdier and easier to clean. It recharges with a simple change of common batteries. Is very conveient in our motorhome.
